...Here is my review which doubles up as my English Coursework so here goes!!!! Plot Summary The film is a fairytale type film about a creation called Edward that was never finished by his creator. The part of Edward that was never finished was his hands, so instead of Edward having normal hands with fingers, Edward has scissors in their place. Edward lives alone in the same gothic castle that he was created in, and hasn?t been outside the gates of the castle at all. However one day Edward is surprised to find that the ?Avon Lady? (Peg Boggs) turns up at his castle trying to sell Avon products. Peg Boggs then takes Edward to live with her family after she saw how Edward was living. ...As a woman reads to her granddaughter one winters night, she recalls the story of a strange character from a nearby gothic mansion who she once fell in love with. Albert 3 calculator by texet.

Advantages: scientific, easy to use, long life, easy to see display and buttons.
Disadvantages: whole back needs to come off when replacing battery, no auto turn off.

...the albert 3 is a 2 lined display calculator that is approved for GCSE/ a-level exams etc. the calculator runs simply off a lithium ion 3v battery (this calculator has not got a solar strip), if the battery was ever to run out of power you will be able to pick up some cheap ones from a store such as WHsmiths for around £1.00-2.00. the design of the calculator is perfect, it has a rubber coating that sits around the sides of the calculator so you don't lose any grip. the calculators buttons are made from a solid plastic that seems to last some time, i have had the calculator around 1 and a half years and still it has not broke, the writing on the keys has not faded at all either. the calculator comes with a cover that is pushed onto it instead of sliding it like most calculators, with the case it does not come loose as the rubber...

...Albert Albert is a very big man - he weighs in at 350 pounds and most of that is pure muscle! and he is a big man too, 6'8 inches or somewhere along those lines! He has an array of moves he uses. The first is his finisher - the Baldo Bombb; aptly named considering his hair style... or lack thereof... In which he lifts them by the throat and drives them to the floor. The front cover of the book has a picture of Edward and Thomas and there is a purple banner above the picture with the title of the book in yellow lettering. Surprising Picture Quality - Panasonic DVD-S54

Advantages: Incredible picture quality when compared to my old non-upscaling player with a scart lead
Disadvantages: Sometimes disc drive can be really noisy when DVD's initially load.

Unable to afford a Blu-Ray player my sister and I bought the Panasonic DVD-S54 to match our parents brand new Panasonic TX-32LZD80 LCD television as their Christmas 2008 present. Admittedly it was a slightly selfish purchase as we both live at home and wanted to watch DVDs on the big new TV ourselves! We bought the player from the electrical retailer Comet for about £100 just before Christmas so there were no discounts applied. On Christmas day when opened we found a relatively small box tightly packed with the player in polystyrene packaging. Oh, Edward, what big scissors you have

...Edward Scissorhands is the ultimate cult-classic DVD must-have. Released way back in 1990 the film looks a little dated, though for me this adds nostalgia and fondness to the whole film experience. I first saw this film more than a decade ago and have watched it over and over again on my Special Edition DVD. As with all good films it has never lost its charm or magic and is still as appealing to me today as it ever was. The film is directed by the somewhat eccentric Director Tim Burton (Batman, Beetlejuice, The Nightmare Before Christmas... all of which I love). If you have been lucky enough to see any of his other marvellous films you may agree that Edward Scissorhands has the same Tim Burton stamp on it as most of the other films he has directed.
