There were several key differences, first being the immediate effect it had on my workouts. I put this down to the creatine, but the protein content per serving (30g) is definitely high enough to cater for someone with specific requirements. First off many people complain about the taste of many protein shakes, this is not the case with cyclone it does actually taste nice. ...I couldn't agree more with the previous review - this vacuum cleaner is absolutely crap - it's worse than that it's maddening - I live in a small flat and it wouldn't vacuum the small bedroom carpet without the filtres being cleaned at least six times - by cleaning I mean picking out the fine dust particles with a cocktail stick - a process which takes about 20 minutes and the dust gets everywhere - so you're talking a couple of hours to clean a 12' x 18' room! After which the flat is worse than before. I would say don't touch this cleaner with a barge pole don't even be tempted - indeed I was just about to smash it to pieces on the concrete outside my flat and stuff the remains in the dustbin (to stop any other poor person from picking it up and thinking they are getting a nice new vacuum for free) when I phoned the Russell Hobbs...

Advantages: Small and easy to store
Disadvantages: Works for about a week then the filters clog and there is no suction

...I am having exactly the same problems as everyone else reviewing this cleaner (although thats a joke in itself I am better off getting down on my hands an knees to pick up the dirt from the carpet - it won't even pick a feather off the floor). Like other consumers I was very impressed with the hoover for about a week and then it lost all its suction. I am now having to empty the bin every room I clean - thankfully I only live in a one bedroom flat. It appears that both the filter inside and on the outside of the bin keep getting blocked. Again I bought this hoover because it was the best on offer at Sainsbury's at the time and have regretted that decision ever since. I will definately use review websites like this one to make my next hoover purchase - please don't be fooled cheapest isn't best and a good saving could end up costing...

Not only that but if any hair gets into the cylinder (which it will unless you do not have pets and you and all your family are bald!) it tangles around the filter in the middle and causes immediate loss of suction. I vacuumed our bedroom and I had to empty the drum 5 TIMES! It was unbelievable. The filter in the middle of the cylinder is always covered in dirt as it seems to stick to it like glue, so after a couple of minutes you will need to empty it again. When you empty the bin, the fluff doesn't come out as it's all tangled around the middle bit - again down to poor design. Also, it is VERY noisy. I think ours may have a fault as it sounds like you are stood on the runway at Heathrow if you have it on the high setting. There is an earpiercing scream as well as the usual motor sounds. With four kids, a dog and two cats and a freind who brings her white German Shepard in a few times a week I needed a hoover that could handle pet hairs, ground in crisps and general household dirt with ease, and beleive me this hoover can do that without any problem. It has a powerful 1400 watt motor with six carpet pile settings, a wide selection of on board tools which allow the cleaning of upholstery as well as carpets and a long hose attachtment that will easily reach all the way up stairs without moving the hoover and a nice finishing touch is the backsaver handle...

...It was given to us as a gift and it looked very good. Small, compact and light, with a pleasant design, it looked great and a lot better than the ancient one we had. We have just had new carpets fitted and were looking forward to using a nice clean, new vacuum cleaner on them. However, we were very disappointed. It just doesn't lift the dirt. By dirt, I mean little bits of fluff or similar small articles.One has to go over the same spot a number of times to get results. What has already been mentioned is the noise. Today I decided to use ear muffs because of the loud, high pitched sound! Also mentioned was the filter system. The main, small filter in the middle cloggs up almost immediately and the suction drops accordingly. This means that the filter needs cleaning before and then at least once during the cleaning...
