Diamond review  ▲Easy cleaning with Electrolux▲

Advantages: Fantastic suction & Product features
Disadvantages: Noisy

...My 10 year old bagged upright vacuum cleaner was not performing quite as well as it should, so we decided it was time to look at purchasing a new one. With so many to choose from I started to look round at what was available. The Dyson cleaners have appealed to me but I have not been overjoyed by the price of them. We had already decided to opt for a bagless cleaner as investigations have shown that these tend to be more powerful than the traditional bagged type models. I spotted an Electrolux model I rather liked whilst browsing in John Lewis, it did everything I wanted but I wasn't too impressed with the £149.00 price tag, I did however spot an Electrolux brochure which contained details of all their vacuum cleaners ( apart from any prices that is), which I took home to peruse at my leisure. ▲Spoilt For Choice▲...

AEG Electrolux Fridge

Advantages: Looks good, full of room, big doors, big shelves, easy to clean
Disadvantages: None

...I moved into my new house about a year and a half ago and as it came unfurnished needed to buy a fridge pretty quickly. Being half American I had always loved the big American Fridges that hold enough food for a family for about a year with a water filter on the front and an ice machine so I had this in mind when I went to Currys. However as I found out these fridges are also quite wide and the space I had to put my fridge in was quite small which is when I came across the AEG Electrolux fridge/freezer. IT was £650 at Currys which I didn't think was too bad. The first thing that attracted me to this fridge was the look and design. It's a free standing, chrome fridge so it's not plastic looking like some fridges. The outside is very easy to clean as it is just wipe clean. It has two section, the fridge portion and the freezer...

Electrolux Vitesse

Advantages: Inexpensive, bag free, excellent suction
Disadvantages: Self-assembly (from Argos), feels cheap

...We needed an inexpensive bag free upright following the demise of old faithful. The Electrolux Vitesse looked appealing in the Argos catalogue and the manufacturer was a name we recognised. The box containing the machine looked a little too short as it arrived on the counter. As you know you don?t get to see your purchase in Argos until you?ve bought it. When we got home and opened up you can imagine our complete surprise to find our new household friend was self-assembly. I don?t remember seeing this in any of the blurb but then I wasn?t looking. I had to marvel at the precision moulded plastic which fitted together with amazing ease, unless it was my expertise which I doubt. Anyway I was quite proud that this was the first vacuum cleaner I had built. My wife, ever anxious to get ?hoovering? roared off around the house following...

Electrolux Mondo 5106

Advantages: It is quite light and because of its small size it doesn't take up too much space. It also doesn't cost too much either
Disadvantages: Dust bags are quite small

...A vacuum cleaner is one of life's necessesities but one of the things I begrudge spending a fortune on (like a Dyson!) We had previously had the little micro vacuum cleaners and as we lived in a flat with no animals it did the job. They had an average lifespan of about 18 mths but given that they only cost about £30 we could live with this. Fast forward a few weeks and we have moved into a house and our poor little Morphy Richards Jazz gave up the ghost. We have inherited a cat and now we need a cleaner with a bit more oomph to it. I looked on the Internet for various reviews and as I was only prepared to spend up to £70 and only wanted a cylinder vacuum cleaner there was not a huge range to choose from. The Electrolux has had a mixed review but on the whole it doesn't seem too bad. In my price range there were three that...

Electrolux Fridge and Freezer

Advantages: Appearance and features
Disadvantages: Terrible customer service, product quality and accessory support

...were not arranged in the correct order making an already difficult instruction manual even more difficult to follow - the sparking water carbon dioxide cylinder was ordered from the Electrolux Distributor in Scotland.. after 8 weeks of waiting and several misleading invoices claiming parts had already been delivered, I was told that Electrolux do not provide replacement sparking water cylinders to their UK customers, only to customers in Germany, Switzerland and France. If this is the case, which it does indeed appear to be as no-one knows where to order them from then the fridge should not be sold in the UK.. this is quite frankly an appalling situation!!! I would not recommend buying Electrolux refrigeration products based upon this series of very negative experiences.. once you have paid, nobody really cares....

Electrolux Sucks - In A Good Way

Advantages: Reliable and has good features
Disadvantages: The so called Long lasting synthetic bag is not long lasting

...I have just had a quick hoover round my house, Whilst I was doing it I thought to myself this is a great little vacuum cleaner, So here I am now to heap praise upon my reliable little product. The Vacuum Cleaner I have is the Electrolux Z4431. It is quite funky looking as vacuum cleaners go, It is silver and small and compact. Its easy to store away in the cupboard and looks very neat and tidy. Now on to the features that make the Electrolux Z4431 such a great little vacuum cleaner: Variable Power - This is a great feature as there is a dial where you can adjust the suction power of the vacuum cleaner, This is really handy as for things such as laminate flooring you can set it to low suction as it is easy for the vacuum cleaner to clean this kind of surface. However say you have a really thick carpet or rug and need a really...

Electrolux Petlover Vitess - I LOVE YOU!

Advantages: Very well designed machine that does what it claims to do
Disadvantages: None - though it is quite noisy

...I have fallen in LOVE!!! Previously I owned a Dyson but when it finally died I bought a Henry - Henry is great for wooden floors and stairs but hopeless on carpets - especially when like me, you have 4 dogs. I was browing on the internet when I saw an Electrolux Vitesse Petlover on sale reduced to £59.99. Well I did my homework and checked out the reviews and decided to try it out. . Well I've owned the Electrolux Vitesse Petlover for about a month now and I can honestly say it's the best cleaner I've ever owned - Dyson doesn't hold a candle to it. It is the best designed machine I've ever used - all the tools are stored on the machine and are always close at hand and won't get lost. It cleans the carpets really well and also has a nifty little upholstery brush that is really easy to use. Other cleaners have upholstery brushes...

Amazon.co.uk

Advantages: Easy shopping trip
Disadvantages: none

...I have used Amazon.co.uk many times and have never been let down by them. When you click on www.amazon.co.uk you are greeted with a well presented home page, offering many different items, from books to television. **THE LOOK OF THE SITE** The site is well laid out and everything is split into categories depending on what you are looking for. Or you can narrow your search by typing in exactly what you're looking for. I found the site easy to navigate and simple to find a wide choice of items I was looking for. **BECOMING A MEMBER** This is a simple task and only takes a matter of minutes. You click on 'new customer? start here and are instantly taken to the 'sign in page. (If you are already a member you simply input your e-mail address and password) If not then you should click on the 'no, I am a new customer.' Then you...

Amazon.co.uk

Advantages: Wide Range, Cheap, Quick Delivery
Disadvantages: Cheap Looking Site

...I've only quite recently begun shopping with Amazon, the main reason being receiving vouchers from survey sites and from on here. It's now one of the first sites I look at when making a purchase. ~~~ Products ~~~ Amazon.co.uk stocks a massive variety of products. So far everything I have searched for has been available to buy on the site, although most of the things have been quite common like DVD's and games. I can't think of anywhere that stocks as much stuff as Amazon, maybe not even Ebay. ~~~ Prices ~~~ The prices on Amazon are very competitive and are usually the cheapest place to but DVD's and games, again being usually cheaper than Ebay, I have no doubt that this is the case for many other products. The main down side is that cash back sites don't offer cash back for Amazon, or am I on the wrong cash back site...

Electrolux Z 7292 Cyclonic: Say bye bye to dust.

Advantages: Strong enough to vacuum hair, dust, animal fur.
Disadvantages: None.

...I have a dog and 4 cats in my house. So its very important to have a strong vacuum cleaner.I tried before several products(I am not going to mention them here) but went in vain. Dog and cats hair were still in the carpet and it made me upset and dissapointed. Cleaning a carpet is really hard. The other vacuum cleaners had also some defects.Whenever I switched on they emitted dust from backside and the smell was awful. I had to open the windows to let fresh air fill inside the room. After that I decided to buy Electrolux Z 7292 and gave it a try. First I tried on my carpet.Wow the result was awsome. This vacuum is strong enough to vacuum hair from the carpet. Now I have no problems with my pets.I am happy because at least I can clean my carpets. What I like about this product is that it is not very heavy,it does not emit dust from its...
