...I stayed in the elite apartments for a week in 2002. On arrival we saw a lovely pool at the front of the apartments, and a large seating area with a bar. We walked up the steps to our apartment which was on the top floor. We had the roof instead of a balcony, which was shared with the other rooms on the top floor. The other rooms had seperate balconys. Our room comprised of a kitchen, bathroom, and a large bedroom. The bathroom looked nice, was all tiled out, and was a reasnoble size. It had a shower, but i honestly couldnt remeber if it had a bath too! The kitchen was a decent size, with a table in it t eat at which would seat 4 people. ...It looks as though this game is going to be pretty good, as anybody who has had the patience to download the demo (approx 120Mb!) would know. The Quake3 graphics engine appears to work well for the single player game. In the demo you start on a borg cube and have to resuce your teammates (you are part of an elite hazard team), you then progress to aboard voyager where you have to help out with an problem in engineering, and thats where the demo finishes. It appears that the basic structure of the single player game is a series of tasks you must accomplish, be they getting to engineering, or averting a core overload etc. All the characters from the TV series are there, except they look a bit weird rendered in 3D. And you get to interact with the crew as part of the game progression. The single player demo although short did remind me... Read review

...Elite force was the first star trek game I ever bought, and also the best. I chose it because the reviews were good and I thought the game looked excellent and I enjoy action/adventure games. When I first bought it I thought the price was a bit outrageous at £30, but after I had played the game I forgot all about the price. My favourite part of the game is where you get to kill some Borg because you see so little of them in the star trek series, I also like this game because you get to encounter many different alien species, e.g. Klingons, Borg and species 2479. The game is a first person shooter, and the part you play in the game is Alexander Munrow, leader of the Hazard Team on Voyager, tasked with handling the many dangerous situations the ship and crew frequently encounter in the Delta Quadrant. ...Power is the first thing that comes to mind when i think of the xbox 360 elite, it has a huge 120GB hard disk drive and the graphics seem to run alot smoother that the original xbox 360 for some reason. I had the original xbox 360 but that died on me about 2 weeks after buying, microsoft seem to have sorted out these little issues that kept crashing the system. The elite has a HDMI port which means you can connect this straght into your HD socket on your tv, I have a 42 inch plasma and i thought the graphics was good on my old Xbox 360 through a scart lead but once i plugged this in i was blown away! The graphics are amazing, perfect detail can be seen on the games that you play. You get the HDMI cable with this system too which is just great as they are quite exspensive to buy, you also get one black wirless controller and a headset... Read review

...I recently decided to change my car and started to look for something suitable. I had already decided on an estate car to cope with the dog and I wanted to swap to diesel to reduce the fuel bill; however, that's as far as I had got. Now there are loads of decent diesel estate cars out there, so whats the best way to choose one? My advice is to follow the basic steps of, listing the contenders, going to a car supermarket to test drive as many as possible and then searching for the right car. Anyway, I test drove the Renault Laguna, Ford Mondeo, MG ZTT, Honda Accord, Peugeot 307 and the Vauxhall Vectra. They all had good and bad points but I chose the Vectra as the one that suited me best. ...I have previously owned two Xbox 360 Premium consoles in the past. I decided to purchase again with the release of Halo 3. Overall I\'m very happy with the Elite. Its main advantage over the Premium is the larger 120GB hard drive. Compared to buying a console and the larger hard drive it represents good value for money. If you want to download lots of demos and not have to worry about lack of space then the bigger drive is definitely worth it. If you just want HDMI then that should now be available on the Premium console. Another thing that I have found with the past two consoles that I have owned run rather loud. The Elite seems to be slightly less noisy but this still depends on what DVD drive you get in your system. Unfortunately it is down to luck which one you\'ll get.
