Great Machine!

Advantages: Quick Work-Out, Cheaper than Power Plates, Great Results
Disadvantages: Only tones your body, doesnt keep you fit.

...This machine is simply a must if you want to tone yourself up and not have the hassle of going to the gym for hours each week! I bought one of these off Ebay, and now so glad i did. Its simply an amazing piece of kit. My Personal Experience At first i thought, surely this machine cant be as good as i've been reading all over the net, people must be exagerating and just trying to sell the machine. How wrong i was.... The first time i used this, i trained at level 10 (ranges from 1-20) thinking i can take it at that level no problem, and sure enough i was ok, i did a few different positions for my legs, stomache and arms. I trained for about 10 minutes, as i wanted to see how much this would actualy do, and sales reports tell me that 10minutes of using this machine is equivelent to 1 hour at the gym. Boy oh boy did i feel it...

...i can say that this is a great machine it really works and gives you good results i wouldnt say the best but you can certainly tell after a period of time that your body has toned up, i havent got one of these myself but i would like to get one when i can afford it lets say. the vibration on this machine is not like a massage its more intense and when you stay on it for quite a while you will feel your muscles tightnen thats when you know its working. so i definatly gives this machine a thumbs up, i suggest you buy this machine if your too lazy or bored to go to the gym because you can do many exercises on this in the comfort of your own home. this is a great machine and would recommend this a good buy...

Get Fit, Go Elliptical!

Advantages: Low impact cardiovascular workout
Disadvantages: Expensive

...In a bid to lose a few pounds after uni (too much alcohol & too many takeaways) I was looking for a good all round exercise machine, and elliptical trainers were recommended by some friends. The God Machine

Advantages: Totally original, mind-blowing music
Disadvantages: Not much of a discography

As usual, no doubt everyone will simply be thinking "Who?" The Machine

Advantages: A highly anitcipated and well recieved debut album
Disadvantages: none

...The Machine is the debut album by midlands based Rue The Day. As debut albums go this is a fantastic effort. From the intro until the end of the cd it is highly charged, heavy and full of great songs and promise. Title track The Machine sounds like a "best 0f" Metal. It is rare for any album not to have any weaker tracks, even rarer for a debut album. Rue the day have achieved this and their future is sure to be a great one, watch out for their live gigs, already legendry in reputation. All aspects from vocals, guitars, drums and bass are tightly knit and combine for a five star musical treat. There are moments of darkness on an album that also includes sing-along anthems, Ridin' the Storm and the title track are the best examples of this. Advantages: Like a well composed playful arty circus-infinitely better than the leaked version.
Disadvantages: Still a bit baroque and some might find it too chic and arty.

...Fiona Apple's third album, Extraordinary Machine, was subject to an Internet leak which resulted in fans having the unreleased version of this album before it was meant for commercial release. This really was tragic as the bootlegged version was terrible and really didn't do this extremely talented artist any justice. The leaked album from start to finish has the singer (and the producers) bad habit of making music deliberately hard to listen to. Going for bad baroque and pop-funk bastardisations that are mostly irritating to listen to. Although Apple's voice and lyrics are really wonderfull, the bad landscape of the album musically makes it a rough terrain that most wont be bothered with-unless they are die hard fans committed to being there through musical 'sickness & health'. Infiniti Cross Trainer - Best workout machine available.

Advantages: Small enough to fit in any room, professional build quality, advanced programs
Disadvantages: Doesn't come with a sauna!

...Why you should buy this... Stop paying that £25 monthly direct debit to the gym you have entered roughly 6 times in the last 11 months, enjoy the comfort of your own home and save time and money at the same time. Save up for a few months and you can buy yourself a top of the range cross trainer which is just as good if not better then what your gym has already. Thats what I did! The infiniti trainer is brilliant, its the smallest available which does the job, its programs are perfect and the actual workout is second to none. The machine currently sits in my bedroom, standard 4mx4m size and doesnt take up much room at all. Having this in my bedroom is so convenient, if I get home from a hard stressful day at work I just jump on it for 30 mins and watch a bit of tv whilst doing so.   The Malfunctioning Machine

Advantages: Good special effects
Disadvantages: A director going AWOL?!

...The Time Machine had many of the ingredients that could have made a good film. A solid basis in HG Wells book (which I haven't read, although I hear is a classic), directed by Wells' great-grandson, at a time when special effects are capable of doing justice to science fiction films, with the lead being played by the fantastic Guy Pearce (helping us all forget Neighbours by creating unforgettable performances in Memento and L.A. Confidential). All this just makes it even more of a shame that this film was a real disappointment.
