...In common with many breweries these days Young?s use a signature bottle for all their beers. This one is the same rather tall shape but made of clear glass embossed with an effigy of ?Ramrod?, the name of the brewery and ?Est. 1831?. There is also some degree of house style about the crown cap and labels ? with a colour change (this time orange and brown) to denote the contents. The front label bears the name ?Elysium? in large gold letters with the scripted statement ?The genuine nectar of the Gods? above it. This is an elderflower beer. The rear label notes that the bottle contains 500ml brewed to 4.0% ABV. The bottle contains 500ml. The rear label also eulogises over its virtues (!) ? ?brewed for the righteous and the wicked alike.? It goes on to describe Young?s ?Elysium? as the beer paradise (in Greek and Roman mythology...

Shouldn't a beach resort have a beach?

...You might think I am making a big deal out of nothing, but here?s a question for you: Imagine that you have been given the job of building a first class ?beach resort?. What is the first thing you would look for? Did anyone say "beach?" Yes, me too. Well, this appears not to have been the case for those designing the Elysium Beach Resort! The hotel is very elegant, comfortable, beautifully designed, the rooms are nice, the food is good, the pools cold but picturesque - but unfortunately there is no beach to speak of. GETTING THERE: It?s quite a long drive from Larnaca airport, about an hour and a half. However if you flew into Pafos airport then it would only be 15 minutes from the hotel. From the centre of Pafos we drove north along the coast then, at the very edge of town, there was a strip of restaurants, bars...

Review of Ben & Jerry's From Russia With Buzz

Gladiator: 'I will have my vengeance.......!'

Advantages: Everything
Disadvantages: Nothing

...the show as the eerie Commodus, and his evil streak sent a shiver of fear running down my spine. Connie Nielsen provides a little romance as well as drama onto the screen, and fine roles from Oliver Reed as the former gladiator turned slave trader and Djimon Hounsou as a fellow gladiator turn a great film into a magnificent one. My Opinion After 2 hours 29 minutes of watching this film, I was left hungry for more. Haunting memories of the fight sequences and dream sequences through the 'Fields of Elysium' as well as rousing speeches and quotable characters make this one of the greatest films of all time, let alone of recent years. It has made the historical epic more popular and is reminiscent in its timelessness as films such as 'Spartacus' and 'Ben Hur' in terms of its historical prowess. I don't really have a bad word to say about...
