...The emerald Isle that is Ireland is a magnificent country to visit for fishing. There are so many places to fish, in fact there is so much water in Eire that I am surprised the island hasn't sunk. By far my favourite fishing venue is at Killyshandra, County Cavan. The series of lakes which form the Ersk system stretch quite literally for miles and anywhere along the plentiful shores is excellent for fishing. There is excellent sport to be had Bream fishing, on my last trip I netted 127lb of bream in a 6 hour session. It was a very impressive haul. Pike fishing is the other great love of mine in Eire and the Ersk provides a plentiful supply of these magnificent creatures although sadly over the past 10 years the stocks of larger fish have declined due to them being poached wholesale by German visitors who can sell them back home...

The Misty Isle

...The Isle of Skye is somewhere I have wanted to visit my whole life, but have never had the chance. The Scottish Isles for me have a sort of mystique about them, the isolation and the tradition they have, but Skye has always been the one I?ve wanted to go to. I think a lot of it has to do with my favourite band, Runrig, being from there ? their songs are often about the landscape they grew up in, and they even have a song called Skye. Finally, at the end of September this year, I went to the island with my parents. Five visit the Emerald Isle

Advantages: Guinness, the company, the sights oh and everything...
Disadvantages: Absolutely nothing

...out in the sticks, Much hugging and reluctant goodbyes, As we waved Fran and Kate through the gate, Then off in the car go Ali, Helmet and I, To Belfast Airport before it gets late, We had time for a wee bit of shopping, A final meal in a great place called "Brights", Then reluctantly we drove to the airport, And boarded for our own homeward flight, I will never forget our Irish adventure, It was brilliant from the start to the end, I just hope everyone's up for, A trip to the Emerald Isle again. ...Before I start this review, I should mention that I am older than the age group the Pokemon games are usually geared at. I am 18, and my boyfriend who has also been playing these games is 19. I have tried to give a good all-round opinion of the game, but please bear this fact in mind!
