The forgotten men of prog, Keith Emerson (keyboards), Greg "I Believe In Father Christmas" Lake (guitars) and Carl Palmer (bass), who lets face it, did have a tendency to take themselves a little bit too seriously, record this magnum opus, taking the opening and stretching it in that manner so beloved of 70's proggers. It's got a great rolling bass line, the timing is perfect, just as you would expect from classically trained musicians, and the trio get their groove on to a T. This is just a fabulous example of good musicians letting the jam take them where they want to go. That set was a faultless document of a 70s supergroup throughout its entire career, and here we have another "Dinosaur" group from those halcyon days, the "Classical Rock" pioneers Emerson Lake & Palmer, attempting to cement their place in Rock History for posterity via a marathon trawl through the visual archives. ...I am brand loyal, not strictly mind..i do like to go wild and try new things every now and again but i always come back to firm favourites and one of those being the palmer's cocoa butter formula with vitamin e. The bottle is a simple white colour of 250ml's...with a sky blue label on the front with the palmer's orange tag and claims on the front to soften, smooth and relieve dry skin. The blurb at the back tells me it also helps smooth and blend unattractive marks and is an excellent after tanning butter.. wow so thats a lot of claims from one small white ordinary bottle but i can truly say it lives up to all those promises and more.. the actualy colour is a yellow-orange and the consistency is pretty thick like some hair conditioners can be but its also suprisingly light and absorbs into the skin in a matter of minutes. Eden Lake

...It took me at least a week to come to a semi conclusion of how I felt about Eden Lake; it took me a few days at least to get over the initial shock and emotion felt by watching it. And I have to say that the film I am about to review is like nothing I have seen before. Eden Lake, is an English film directed by a man called James Watkins, I had never heard of the film nor the director and I was not that enthusiastic about watching it, but after a day moping about alone I wanted something scary to watch and it was in the horror section of my local movie shop at a price of £4 so I thought I would give it a watch. The Lakes: Quiet and Serene?

Advantages: Brilliant acting, great storylines and scripts
Disadvantages: Lack of extras on the DVD lets this set down

I have found that anything with him in is worth the watch and definitely worth paying the money out for (especially if it is a Christmas prezzie from your parents!). ...I have been using 'Palmers Cocoa Butter' on and off for many years. Palmers Cocoa Butter retails for about £4 - £4.99 for the 270g pack. I buy mine at the local beauty shop and have also bought it in Superdrug previously.. It comes in a large white opaque round jar with a white screw top cover with the words 'Palmer's' in an orange caption and the 'Cocoa Butter Formula' in white letters with a brown caption box.. The rest of the jar has words 'with Vitamin E' and 'Heals & Softens rough, Dry skin' and 'Smoothes Marks & Scars' on the front. The product itself is a dark cream (almost yellow) body butter with a smooth feel.
