Advantages: Amazing Brit Pop album from a fine rising British band
Disadvantages: Some tracks are better than others, however all the tracks have their own individual qualities.
...the Madness, and having incredible pop sensibilities. They have truly produced an album of anthems in 'Employment' and not single one of the tracks on display here sounds out of place, or isn't single release worthy.

Gainful Employment
Advantages: Hooks so large Peter Pan is worried
Disadvantages: Suffers from diminishing returns
...they did that single I liked didn’t they’. Then album sales go ker-ching!
As with all new bands they can spend years writing for their first album. The real test is how they follow it up and ultimately whether their next employment for the KCs is in KFC.
This will be whether they can continue the momentum of the first few tracks, as they do seem to be in order of quality.

Understanding the World of Self Employment
Advantages: Be your own boss, possibly work from home,take time off when needed
Disadvantages: You need to dedicate a lot of time to the business.Tax can also be complicated
...I have been self employed now for one and a half years. Within that time I have experienced both the highs and the lows that come with working for yourself.
Whilst it may seem like a dream to be your own boss; starting work when you want, finishing when you want and never answering to anybody but yourself - unfortunately there are also many downsides that come with self employment.
