...Pump it up High Energy is a workout by Ministry of sound. The workout is dance aerobics. It's the third workout in the pump it up series. The dvd features professional dancers and Fiona Fagan , an Irish dancer who has danced for Steps and Kylie Minouge to name a few. The workout included a 'Warm it up' section , a 'Burn it up' section , a dance section , 'tone it up' and a cooldown. The warm up lasts for 5 mins , Burnt it up is 20 minutes , tone it up is 15 minutes , 20 minutes of dance it up and a 5 minute cool down! The aim of the work out is to get you burning as many calories as you can! The workout is high impact , and I would only reccommend it if you are already fit , as it really makes you out of puff! It is very challenging. The routines are hard to pick up so it's best to watch it first before trying it...

Give Me Energy!

Disadvantages: Don't make the mistake and eat them like sweets

...with the lemon personally tasting a bit nicer than the orange. The flavour of these tablets is not very strong at all with just a hint of lemon or orange. If you suck these they will melt in your mouth and despite the look they do not taste chalky at all. When you are exercising vigourolsly and your mouth is dry the dextro energy tablets can be a little harder to eat and a drink of water is then handy. I would recommend that you drink water rather than a sports drink when using the dextro energy tablets as your stomach may struggle to cope with the demands put on it with a mixture of both sports drink and energy tablets. Advantages: Ok tasting and seems to give a little energy boost.
