I found this to be quite eye catching and unique compared to other tea branded products. This makes it unique and recognisable in buying a second time. I also found the product packaging to be quite difficult to open up on the first tab correctly. It is nice to see that the box can be closed for storing the tea bags. On the packaging the box does have Twinings tea company claims of flavour, and other useful information.
