Paper at it's best.

Advantages: great quality, easy to find, great with other epson products
Disadvantages: Can get quite expensive

...So reviewing paper isn't exactly that interesting and there may not be much to say about paper. Or is there? When you buy a pack of Epson Glossy Photo Paper your getting some top quality paper, which is very important if your going to be printing out those special pictures that you will want to keep forever. With this improved lightfast photo paper you can create high gloss colour pictures which look and feel like a photograph. It also features a resin coating that provides a feel and texture almost identical to that of professional photographers. It also has rapid drying which is great because fingerprints don't get all over it and smudge it as soon as its out of the printer and improved water fastness, providing minimal leakage even when the image is wet. One pack of this paper contains 20 sheets, which is all you need to...

Great glossy photo paper by Epson

Advantages: excellent quality. durable and easy to use
Disadvantages: high price, low number of sheets (20) per pack

...Having Just an Epson printer to print photographs from my pc, I decided to use the manufacturers approved paper. Epson Durabrite Photo Paper is excellent for printing glossy high quality photos. And with DuraBrite pigment ink for a better bright and detailed print together with its 200gsm weight means it's ideal for photos. I bought the 20-sheet pack on line for £7.34 online and at this price its only going to be used for special photos, I also paid £1.50 for postage and packaging. This price equates to 34- 40 pence a photo so any mistakes printing are costly, but the quality is good and I haven’t had any problems as yet. So if you need to print quality pictures and you have an Epsom printer (would work in any printer as it I standard A4) I would highly recommend this paper with its glossy coating and durable...

Review of EPSON DURABrite - photo paper - 20 sheet(s)

A paper trail

Advantages: Top quality print
Disadvantages: quite expensive

...a great paper to use for those special documents which you require to look particularly good. It does have a drawback though it is quite a bit more expensive than the normal packs of paper. 50 sheets will cost you in the region of about £5.99 which is about 10p a sheet. This is very expensive for ordinary print jobs so if you do decide to purchase this paper save it for those special projects. I do think it is good value if you are trying to impress a prospective employer with a great looking sharp and clear CV. If he sees the effort you have put in I do believe he is more likely to look at your CV again whereas with normal paper it's just another bog standard CV. So in conclusion I would recommend this paper for someone who wants to make some kind of impression or quality statement...

Digi camera, photo printer and...

Advantages: Good feeling of real photograph.
Disadvantages: Running out fast.

...they ready. Epson Premium Glossy Paper has been designed to give your prints the feeling and touch of real photograph. This is Resin-Coated (RC) highly glossy and smooth paper with cockle free surface, is also water resistant and producer claims that the prints live time is up to 90 years. Hopefully my grand children would see my prints. The paper is suitable for printing amateur photographs as well as professional ones. It has got a feeling of real photo due to its weight: 255 per sheet, well compared with any good photo paper. Is suitable for most of the new Epson printers, to make sure if is good for yours; check the compatibility on the box. The Premium Glossy Photo Paper by Epson comes in boxes of 20 or 50 sheets. The prices are appropriately £ 3.42 and £ 5.48; depending on retailer will slightly change. Lately I bought a box...

IS PAPER JUST PAPER ?

Advantages: PROFESSIONAL FINISH
Disadvantages: PRICEY

...THIS REVIEW IS BEING MOVED BY CIAO. When I decided to write this review, I had to ask myself whether paper merited 120 words or half an hour of my time, and whether I could actually say anything that had not been said that was worth saying about it. WELL I HAVE NEWS FOR YOU Since buying my HP photosmart printer, there is a slot for A3 paper as well as the standard A4. I had been accustomed to printing photographs and cutting them down to size, and I decided that as this feature was part of my new machine, I should use it, instead of ending up with photographs that looked amateur and not too square. BUYING THE PAPER The paper was on special offer, and I took advantage of this, and yes it works out pretty expensive in the order of things, and certainly more expensive than cardboard which prints nice matt photos, so when...

High Street Photo Developers Worst Nightmare

Advantages: Glossy photo paper. Size 6x4 Excellent colour repoduction.
Disadvantages: Cannot leave printer when printing muliple photos.

...Epson Premium Glossy Photo Paper Paper Weight 255 g/m2 Paper Size 10x15cm (6x4in) Pack Size 20 or 50 sheets Fact Sheet Written in multiple languages Made In Japan Resolution Up to 1440 dpi Product Code S041729 No more high street developers for me, at last i have found a photo paper that is compariable with the professionals. You cannot rely just on the paper for good photo prints you also need a high megapixel camera and photo printer. Camera Richo Caplio R1 Printer Canon Pixma IP5000 These have both been reviewed by me. The photo paper is non-perferated so if your printer does not do edge to edge printing you would be better off going for the perferated type. The paper is bright white and very glossy...

HP Office Paper - I know, I know, a boring topic

Advantages: Cheap, good enough quality
Disadvantages: None

...product was an oscillator. Today, Hewlett Packard employs close to 100,000 people globally and their annual revenue is around $50 billion. They are huge firm and have gone from strength to strength, increasing their product portfolio year on year. --Print Quality-- The actual quality of a print on this paper, is very good. It is by no means exceptional, but the text and diagrams are perfectly legible. You can clearly make out the words and any pictures that you have printed off. Compared with the Premium Choice Paper, i would say that it is half as good. This is fair enough, because after all it is only a rough copy that you can print up nicely at a later point. As far as economy printer papers go, I would certainly rate this over any other. It is very efficient and you can certainly rely upon it. --Suitability-- You can use...

Review of HP Office Paper - plain paper - 500 sheet(s) (CHP110)

I'm in love with... Premium Glossy Photo Paper??

Advantages: The quality is excellent - looks just like "proper" photos
Disadvantages: You may have to fiddle with photos before printing to get it to fit!

...the paper. I tried the 15cm x 10cm paper and that was excellent too, although I did have to crop/reduce some of my photos to get them to fit. Regarding simplicity, I just opened the pack and dropped it into the printer(!) Price: If you can get the paper for around £4.80 (as Ciao suggests) or under then it's definitely worth it for the quality alone. You get a fair amount of sheets, and considering you get to choose which photos you print and edit them beforehand (red-eye removal after a night out is a popular one for me) printing photos for yourself gives you a lot of freedom. Looking at other paper, it looks like the prices are pretty similar. I still find 50 sheets for just under £5 a good buy though, especially considering you can often pay more for paper if it's a smaller size. Availability: You should be able to get this...

Review of Epson Premium Glossy Photo Paper - resin coated glossy photo paper - 20 sheet(s)

A Glossy picture.

Advantages: Print off exactly which photos you want
Disadvantages: Light weight paper

...has come down in price and is available in various thicknesses and sizes. I favour the A4 size, as most programmes allow you to print multiple photos and this gives you more choice, so you can print off a selection at one time or multiple small photos, perhaps of your wee one or family to enclose with Christmas cards. I have purchased several packets of Epson Photo quality glossy paper from Costco. It comes in a pack of 3 containing 20 sheets in each packet. Each sheet is A4 and weighs 141 g. It is glossy white in colour and the back is a dull creamy, white colour, so there is no problem deciding which the side for printing is. It is very slightly thinner and lighter weight than photos developed from a photographer. This doesn't stop me using it because if you are fitting in a frame it will be fine If you intend to pass the photos around...

Review of Epson Photo Quality Glossy Paper - glossy photo paper - 30 sheet(s)

Hp's Premium Photo Paper.

Advantages: Excellent high-quality photo paper, produces high quality prints.
Disadvantages: None whatsoever.

...Last week, I was asked to journey to my local Office World to buy paper for some holiday snaps. After some shelve browsing I came across the Hewlett Packard Premium photo paper. I bought it purely due to the fact the packaging seemed to reach out, and in one swift promotional swing, forced me to purchase the product. Well okay I'm exaggurating, the main thing which attracted me to the product was the price tag. Office World have always been pretty good on prices, and the 6.79 I paid for a 10 sheet A4 pack of this left me feeling most impressed, infact I picked up two packs worth to cover all the pictures! The paper's appearance is of particular high quality. Its extremely glossy, and resembles the sort of paper you find on the covers of magazines, yet much thicker. Of course, I was highly skeptical of the results when used in...
