FANTASTIC IS ALL I'VE GOT TO SAY
Review of Epson Stylus Photo R300 by
moonlightsilvia
Advantages: Very Silent, quick and excellent resolution dpi
Disadvantages: I've not found one yet..heh !!
...Hi there everyone, I've bought the Epson Stylus Photo R300 about a week ago and I must say it's ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC!!! I used to have an Epson stylus photo 800 and I must say YOU CAN REALLY SEE THE DIFFERENCE!!! The resolution is great (with up to 5760 dpi !!! ) The ink cartridges are separate so you can change only one if you run out of ink!! There is also a mini Lcd screen on the right side that allows you to print your photos directly from your digital camera or even from your memory card (whichever it is!!!). This Printer is also one of the only ones from the Epson range that allows you to print directly on the surface of your CDs!! I’ve tried it and it really works!!
In about a week I’ve printed more that 50 photographs and 4 cd covers ….My only comment is FANTASTIC!!! The resolution and the texture of the photos is as good...

Epson Stylus R300 Printer.
Review of Epson Stylus Photo R300 by
giantpanda21
Advantages: Prints off photos without the computer on
Disadvantages: None
...at a photo shop.
I bought this between £89.99 and £99.99 off Curry's or Comets website and it was cheaper off the internet than in the shop.
I haven't had any problems with this printer i would recommend this Epson R300 Printer as it is reliable and as i print off a lot of photos it is quite handy....

Epson Stylus Photo R265
Review of Epson Stylus Photo R265 by

Advantages: High quality, fast printing. Print to CD. 6 colour. Pictbridge from Digital camera
Disadvantages: A little noisy initially when taking in the next sheet
...I have recently bought this printer at the excellent price of £49.99 from Currys, after my Epson 760 finally died. I am really impressed with this printer. There is a very detailed review of this printer already, but this is my experience so far. The rear paper feed is a little noisy when it takes the next sheet in. The printing on all types of paper is quick and very good quality. I have used the front tray for printing direct onto CDs, the included software for this is very good. Also the printing direct from Digital camera (Pictbridge) works really well. I am going to try some high quality compatible inks this time (£17 the set). I only ever used compatibles with my last printer - £3 instead of £18 and lasted 5 years. Good quality paper makes a big difference with photos, £1 for 10 from pound type shops just isn't worth it. The first...

EPSON STYLUS PHOTO R265: SUPER, I LIKE IT!
Review of Epson Stylus Photo R265 by
Hi-Spec-Tek
Advantages: BETTER DESIGN, QUIETER, GOOD PHOTO AND DVD/CD PRINTING.
Disadvantages: I HAVE FOUND NONE TO DATE.
...THE EPSON STYLUS R265 CD/DVD & PHOTO PRINTER.
I must say that since this one was chosen for me by Epson UK having had a somewhat disasterous time with the previous model of similar ilk, the (EPSON STYLUS R260). The R265 is so far doing well!
I have yet to give it the test of time since the R260 "croaked" after a somewhat short space of time in my estimation. 12 months almost to the day! I had an error messages up about non-replaceable parts wearing out and life of printer about to end. ALREADY!!! I fumed! Just out of gaurantee too. I telephoned the Epson UK establishment and was told that it could be repaired but... costs would outweigh the value of the printer. They did suggest that I take up the offer of the Epson Stylus R265. Yes, an altogether better piece of gear in many ways - so far! I await at least another six months to see...

Fantastic photographic quality
Review of Epson Stylus Photo R265 by
Snorelax63
Advantages: Prints on printable CD's/DVD's
Disadvantages: Haven't found any yet
...I bought the Epson Stylus Photo R265 just over a couple of months ago because I liked the fact that it printed onto printable CD and DVD’s. I am a keen amateur photographer and videographer and being able to print information onto the DVD’s I store my work on makes my hobby that little bit more satisfying.
Printing on printable CD/DVD is made possible by setting the disc on a tray. Now the tray will accommodate full size discs and the smaller discs (courtesy of an adapter that fits into the tray). For printing onto discs, a lever on the left hand side (facing you) of the printer has to be set in its lower position and the disc tray has to be loaded (lined up with an arrowhead). It is unbelievably easy to do. Full instructions are provided in the bumpf so there’s nothing to worry about.
The Epson Stylus Photo R265 naturally comes...

Epson Stylus Photo R360
Review of Epson Stylus Photo R360 by
stevogarvey
Advantages: Easy to use user interface, great quality and an excellent price.
Disadvantages: A little large, but it does the job.
...The Epson Stylus Photo R360 is a fantastic home printer which uses Epson's newly developed technology to achieve better picture quality results. It has a 3.5inch LCD screen which you can view and display pictures from a camera or memory card.
It claims to print photos an amazing 13 second interval with a 6x4inch paper.
Personally in my own experience, this printer is a great all round printer for family and home use, its great with A4 documents and had various options such as draft to achieve a super fast print.
Many people worry when buying printers, that the ink replacement costs a bomb, however the Epson R360 is a very reasonable price in terms of ink replacement. You can even replace a single ink cartilage instead of buying a whole pack FOR JUST £3.59 at http://happyprinter.co.uk now you can't argue with that can you...

Good Little Printer but a little too ink-thirsty!
Review of Epson Stylus DX8400 by
pom343
Advantages: Great Print Quality and speed
Disadvantages: Very un-economic on Ink,
...I bought this printer as a replacement for my Epson Stylus Photo R200 printer which was good but couldn't really handle the volume of photos I was printing,
The DX8400 seems great value for money at first with the Scanner, Printer and Copier all being of excellent quality.
However, if you think you have got yourself a real bargain, think again as the ink in this thing disappears very quickly. Sure, the print quality is excellent but at £40 ish for a set of ink cartridges the quality really does come at a price.
The speed of the print is quite impressive, copys and standard Black and White print literally fly out.
In short its an excellent machine but you'll be continually forking out the cash for ink for this thirsty little printer....

Epson Stylus Photo R285...Great Product
Review of Epson Stylus Photo R285 by
killerpete50
Advantages: Price, Quality, ease of use, gives you more control over pictures
Disadvantages: If just just want to print normal photos, still cheaper to use a photo shop
...quality printing paper, because if you use bog standard paper, however good the printer is, you will not get the best end result. I wanted quality, so got some proper photo quality printing paper, and the photos are outstanding!
I am not totally sure about the economy of using the product, as prices at photo shops have been geting better, meaning uunless there is a reduced price in the ink and photo paper, it will always be a bit more expensive to have your own photo printer, but in my opinion it opens the doors for a lot of opportunities, you have an open canvas, you dont only have to use the photo that you have taken as "a photo", but you can (using a photoshop style program) get a lot more out of one photo than if you took it to a photo shop!
In my opinion, this Epson Stylus Photo R285 is the best photo printer that I have experienced (My...

Epson Stylus Photo R220
Review of Epson Stylus Photo R220 by
mindy1984
Advantages: Fast printing, prints onto CD/DVDs, cheap Epson compatible inks, excellent quality
Disadvantages: Quite chunky
...as opposed to the whole colour ink tank.
It is extremely quick to print, it puts my Dads Epson C44 Plus to shame. Also it is extremely quiet. The different print quality levels are extremely useful, I have never needed to use the best photo quality, as the normal photo quality is superb.
This printer cost me around £65 from Argos six months ago and was well worth the money. I would highly recommend this to anyone.
It also comes with Epson software that I've not used!...
