EYE Q Capsules

Advantages: It made a huge difference in my son's ADHD, capsules have no taste

...After dealing for years with a child who was just going from bad to worse with temper tantrums and defiance like you would not believe, I finally heard about the trial of this product at a school which showed promising results. So off I went to Boots and after the initial heart attack when I saw the price of the capsules I then discovered to my absolute delight that they are on what is supposed to be a permanent 3 for 2! I looked at the liquid and decided with 3 children all taking the starter dose that it was not a viable option and bought three of the big bottles of capsules (360 per pack). Given that one child is just starting GCSE's, one has just started at secondary school and one is going to get throttled unless his behaviour improves it seemed like a bargain. Now to be fair they did initially balk at swallowing 6 capsules...

...Don't waste your money !!! £10 for something sitting in my fridge that will be heading for the bin. The website claims that it "should find favour with the most discerning of young palates. " Oh No it doesn't !!! My 11 year old didn't like it, neither did my 6 year old. As an adult I didn't think it very nice either. Like drinking veg oil, similar in taste too. I wanted to try the chews, to see if they would be any better, but after their claims that the liquid was pleasant tasting didn't pan out, I was unwilling to take another risk, and end up with another useless product on my hands. ...I had been talking about putting my 4 year old son onto cod liver oil as he is very highly strung and I find that even though he is really tired he will fight it and make everyones life hell. He shout's all the time and I keep a very close eye on his e numbers because I know that this in foods doesn't help. So when my mother-in-law brought me this to try I really thought that it would make no difference to his behaviour I was well shocked at the out come. Elizabeth Arden eye capsules - Worth it?

Advantages: Nice packaging, does make eyes feel softer
Disadvantages: Expensive, oily and hard to open!

...I bought these on a promotion from Elizabeth Arden a little while back. I bought them on a recommendation from a friend who has used these before. They are individual capsules which contain liquid to use on your eye area. The capsules are meant to be easy to open, it says to twist it two times. I have not found this to be the case.. You have to twist it at least 5 times and you end up hurting your fingers (I have resorted to using scissors instead) Another criticism I have of this product is that there is too much liquid to use per capsule. They are meant to be single doses but I would say that a capsule would last (at least) two days, but once opened it they are quite hard to store (its not like you can close them up again) Also, the liquid inside the capsule is really oily so it takes a few minutes for the skin to soak it up...

From little horror to little angel!!!

...of my beautiful son. Since then I have maintained the dosage at 2 teaspoons a day and my son is a happy, confident and intelligent toddler!! I rarely have any problems with him, family, friends and his nursery noted the change and benefitted from it. He has the odd tantrum, don't all toddlers, but these are short lived and easily resolved. This product is worth its weight in gold and even if you are on a low income (like me), invest in it. I am not going to bore you with all the scientific details, its safe and healthy and there is loads of information available on the web etc if you need it.
