...made 5 hours seem like nothing. The battery life on its pretty good too, it'll last around 5 hours for video and 30 hours for music which is great. However I also bought off eBay, a battery charger which runs of 4 AA batteries and plugs into the mp4 player to charge it, this Is really useful and I have used it so many times. All in all this is a great piece of equipment, although I must say I don't use it much anymore, as I haven't been on any journeys on a train or plane recently. Also I now have a laptop, so if I go anywhere id probably take this instead, so now I am really undecided to whether or not to sell it and try get some money back. But all together, if you did buy on of these you will probably get your use out of it, because I have....

HTFR for equipment

Advantages: Large catalog also for equipment, low price
Disadvantages: Customers can't see if items are in stock

...I ordered a piece of equipment from HTFR, and it turned out to not be in stock. They had to order with their supplier which - luckily - did not take too much time. Still, I think they should show it on their web shop when an item is out of stock. I prefer to order only items that are in stock so I can get it fast. HTFR customer support could be improved. Sometimes it takes a day or two days before you get an answer to your enquiry. For both records or equipment you may also check Chemical Records or Juno. With HTFR included, all of these offer equipment at a sharp price. I never ordered records (or other media) from HTFR so I wouldn't be able to comment on that....

It's A Laptop, Not Juggling Equipment!

Advantages: No Queues at the service desk because everyone else knows to avoid them
Disadvantages: Completely destroyed my son's laptop.

...stopped working from the time it went through the series of pirouettes, pikes and somersaults he subjected it to. I got my £29.99 back, but my son now has a non-functioning PC which had no faults prior to our visit to PC World. I took the laptop to PC World for a service, but instead they gave it the last rites. I'll be sending off a strong letter of complaint to PC World, but I'm already pretty convinced that nothing will come of it. I just wish I'd bought an extra pound of apples while I was in town and donated them to the youth on the service reception desk. They make far better juggling equipment than laptops....

Review of Member Advice on Scanning Equipment

Bodybuilder- Great equipment!

Advantages: easy to use, effective.
Disadvantages: hard to set up and might not have the space.

...I have used many of these sort of equipment in my local gym and I think they are fantsatic. They are easy to use and are extremely effective for bodybuilding or just to keep yourself toned and fit. If you do not go to the gym for whatever reason then I recomment that you buy one of these. They are also really simple and straight forward to use, it doesnt take a professional bodybuilder or fitness instructor to use them. They are used by all ages and sizes of people just to keep toned and fit. If you use this machine alot and become stronger so that you must oncrease the weight then it will rapidly increase the size of your biceps as it is a hard working machine and you will DEFINENTLY benefit from this piece of equipment....

Disadvantages: Not suitable for slow chargets

...just 4 of these. These batteries are not suitable for a slow over night charger. This may be a problem if you already have an overnight charger. Some slow types will take up to 13hrs to recharge. I am aware that some types of battery suffer from what was known as crystalisation.This meant that they would not take a full charge or would no take a charge at all. This was overcome by sending a large surge of power into the battery from some chargers. As far as I can tell, this is not a problem with these batteries. Certainly it has never happened to me in all the time that I have used them. I suggest that you buy two sets at least for each item that requires them. One set in each and a fully charged spare in the equipment bag. If you have the type of camera that has no internal battery to maintain any time/date stamp...
