...The last three mobile phones I have had have been Sony Ericssons. A couple of years ago, I would have gone for the Nokias every time - they look pretty and I knew the functions on it were pretty good. However, two years ago I ended up with a rather chunky looking black Sony ericsson, it was a bit of a boys phone but I wanted a phone that had a decent music feature and at the time (and its probably still true now) the Sony Ericsson was the best option. So two years on, I've opted for the Sony Ericsson once again, but only because I finally found one that actually looked attractive, so now I have a phone that ticks all the boxes! Looks & Features I am not going to list all the features here - I don't think its really necessary, if you have had a mobile phone before you will know the main features that mobiles...

Advantages: free 515mb memory card, extra options, "Shuffle" control and music & picture quality very good
Disadvantages: buttons crack and stop working for no reason at all!

...I owned this phone for just over a year I was on 02 network and I paid £139.99 for it. The mobile phone software is very good but the phone itself is very disappointing!!!!! First of all the Sony Ericsson W580i comes with a 512MB memory card and a 2.0 mega pixel camera. This obviously means that there is alot of space for pictures, music and video files. The picture quality is also brilliant too. The menu's are easily accessable and is practically the same as other Sony Ericsson mobile phones. On the Sony Ericsson W580i you can listen to the local radio station, Play the Games (My phone came with two games), TrackID (This you put your phone next to a speaker and the song is ID'd but comes with a price), Video Player. A "Video dj" Which allows you to add your videos together, PhotoDJ which allows you to edit...

Sony Ericsson's Finest!

Advantages: Great looks, feels well made, great functions
Disadvantages: Could do with a better camera.

...The Sony Ericsson X1 is the first in the new range of Xperia products by Sony Ericsson. Although the product isn't released until 30th September 2008, I have had the pleasure to use one of the pre-production models for around two weeks. Whilst there are improvements on the launch model, I am confident that the pre-production model has given me an insight in to what to expect from this handset. The X1 is the first, and possibly the last Sony Ericsson handset to use the Windows as an operating system. It uses Microsoft Windows Mobile 6.1 Professional. Sony Ericsson have not yet commented on whether the handset can be upgraded to Windows Mobile 7, however it doesn't seem they plan to release any further Windows based handsets. Sony Ericsson Story...

Advantages: Good value for money, excellent sound, good quality camera

...I have always had a Sony Ericsson phone eversince i brought my first phone when i was very young. I really like the make and have never had any problems with Sony Ericsson phones, however i brought the W580i sometime last year and have been a bit dissapointed with its performance. I brought the phone from the carphone warehouse as i could it on the network that i wanted and for the first 6 months everything was fine but all of a sudden i began to have problems with the screen. I took it back to the shop and was told that this was quite a common problem with this model of phone. It was sent off to be repaired twice and has been ok since *touch wood!* The walkman on the phone is brilliant, it holds lots of music and the sound is really clear, the camera quality is also very good. It is an ideal shape as it can fit in to your pocket easily...

My Sony Ericsson W580i

Advantages: Thin, Good Memory, Aesthetically pleasing, good value for money.
Disadvantages: Cover is worn quite easily, buttons crack quickly.

...I have had Sony Ericsson phone for the last 3 or 4 years now and am very happy with them. I find they are the easiest to use (nokia come very close) and they are good quality feature packed phones. This phone is not an exception. If you have used Sony Ericsson before you will be familiar with most of the features on this phone - the only difference really is the appearance and one or two features have been added or upgraded. If you are considering getting this phone, I would imagine you won't have to pay for it, it will be free on most contracts or around £200 sim-free! Shop around for the best deals? As this is a slide phone, you can answer a call by simply opening the phone up and end the call by closing it?it also locks automatically when it is closed which is good. ...Please Note: Review was written quite a few months and has been updated. Why buy a digital camera when you can get an excellent camera and a phone in one! I had this sony ericsson k800i for about a year and a half and even though i must have dropped it like 100 times its still working really good! I've currently got another sony ericsson phone (see my review on c905). I'd say the camera on it is the best thing as it 3.2 mega pixel, the "cybershot" name pretty much gives it away on how sony erisson have made yet another gerat camera phone. As im always printing out actual photos in great quality, you would never guess they were from a phone. The camera section includes: Auto focus so the face is detected and makes taking photos easier, Picture blogging, Xenon flash which enables you to take good quality photos indoors and outdoors...

...This is a good mobile phone with lots of features. This mobile phone may be quite old today but it is very useful. If you are just a basic user of a phone like I am then this is as perfect for you as it is to me. It has all the basic communicating features such as calling, sms texting, WAP, voicemail, email. The keypad is very easy to use when texting, although people with bigger fingers my find it more difficult. The joystick is a huge improvement on the early Sony Ericsson phones as this one does not jam or stick and thus become redundant. There are also quick shortcut buttons to accessing the WAP, pictures and to the shortcut menu, which are handy. The screen is a decent size with great picture quality especially when you are taking pictures using the 3.2 mega pixel camera, which has a built in flash for taking photos in dark areas...
