The best you can get.
Advantages: Fast, quiet, comes pre-overclocked
Disadvantages: Very big!
...I bought this card about 4 months ago to go with my new build. I have it running with a Q6600 CPU and a EVGA nforce 680i motherboard.
I bought the card for just over £400, and was by far the most expensive component of my PC. But if you're really into gaming, there simply is no better card.
Obvsiouly there are more expensive cards, but in terms of what you pay, this card is simply...

Wait a while before spending your money.
Advantages: DirectX-10 Support, SLI Enabled, Perfect for Vista.
Disadvantages: Expensive, DX10 Still untested.

Romper Stomper of a card
Advantages: Excellent Graphics and User Interface. Not unduly expensive relative to other cards.
Disadvantages: Screen Cloning is limited. Needs a bit of space so not really practical in a "Shuttle" type box.
