EXCEL 2000 TO THE LIMIT

Advantages: in depth versatile product
Disadvantages: auto database is poor

...I work on a variety of IT projects for many years, I have been demonstating and training people, and am fast learning some basic rules. Use the most widely marketed products for whatever problems you need to solve. Microsoft Office 2000 is such a product (and of course Office XP). Within this the most versatile element is the spreadsheet Excel. This one product is capable of many varied tasks. I have had full versions of Lotus Millenium offered to me gratis, but I have left it standing at the side. No other group product comes close to these. Use microsoft because everyone else does! That makes it compatable, you can share skills and information, and microsoft plough so much money into Office, that the products are screaming with features. That innocent little grid of squares can transform to self running applications...

...applications, so if you paste an Excel table in to Word then Word converts it in to a normal Word style table. Included as standard (as in all Office applications) is the annoying Office Assistant, who can take the form of a Paperclip, cat, Professor or one of a number of equally pointless forms. The only useful setting (in my humble opinion) is disabled - but you'd be surprised at how many people actually like to have these animated helpful characters, who pops up time you want to do something. To be honest, if you need help you'd be better off trawling through the traditional help file, which thankfully is rather comprehensive. Installation is painless (although these days most things are), spec wise you need at least a Pentium 75 with 150Mb of HDD space, and 32Mb RAM. Advantages: The ladder match, the Main event, the hardcore match
Disadvantages: Much of the rest of it seemed like filler

AN EXCEL-ENT RIDE

Advantages: Punctual, Leather Seats, Friendly Staff

Review of Excel Airways

Failed to Excel for Me

Advantages: Can be used at very low temperatures
Disadvantages: Not suitable for hand washing, overpowering scent on Febreze version, made stains worse

You shouldn't use fabric conditioner on towels - it badly affects the absorbency of them - so without a tumble dryer, you run the risk of towels feeling like cardboard and lacking that lovely scent you get from a softener. LG 22LH2000. Satisfyingly adequate

Advantages: Connectivity, Weight, Price

...concerned about was connectivity because I have a number of digital cameras that have HDMI connections, a VCR and DVD player that connect via SCART and an S-Video to Composite Video output from my PC for when I want to use a second monitor. The 22LH2000 has 2 x SCART sockets (of which one is RGB), 1 x HDMI, 1 x Coax aerial, 1 x VGA monitor socket, an audio input and a set of Composite Video sockets. For the sake of experimentation (and nothing else) I did try plugging my PC into the VGA socket and the TV functions perfectly well as a monitor, with a maximum resolution of 1360 x 760 pixels. The quality of the display was more than adequate ? although a little less crisp than my Emprex monitor. I?m sure I could fine tune this if it was ever going to become a permanent arrangement. Excellence.

Advantages: Good shade selection, good consistency, easy to apply, good end result.
Disadvantages: Smell could be a little better, 'bare' shades (5, 6, 7 etc) can make your hair look dull and dirty
