Excellent phone, excellent services

...My partner bought this phone for £195 with £20 credit, and for what it is, is a pretty good price. It is touch screen which is easy to use with both your fingers and the stylus. It is easy to get to the main menu, you just touch the middle button at the bottom and then you are raring to go. The music is nearly as clear as CD its really great. Easy to download and upload songs onto the phone, just attach it to the computor and its literally 1 click of a button and its done, and in SECONDS! The camera is fantastic, it seems a little hard to take a picture at 1st to get the right lighting but once you take the picture it changes itself and the quality is superb. A fantastic buy and so much better than the iphone as it is soooooo much smaller compared to the iphone and does virtually the same things!! And On the plus side it is also...

Excellent, Apple have nailed it!!!

Advantages: touch screen, integrated speakers, great video quality and picture quality, great sound
Disadvantages: may seem expensive compared to its rivals, and seems like you can damage it easily without a case

Its speakers are one of the best available considering the size of the product. Yes there were disadvantages such as the slippery feel to the itouch, constantly reminding you of you can drop it at any time. However by purchasing a case which is hard wearing and a screen protector it will solve all doubts in the mind. Excellent service

Advantages: easy, quick, reasonably-priced, good range
Disadvantages: not as big a range as Amazon.com

...found such good service from any offline company, we were really impressed. Other things we have ordered since have been despatched quickly and efficiently too. One feature of Amazon that I particularly like is the reader's comments section. Each book, video or whatever has a section where people can comment on it. These reviews are unbiased and generally well-written and really help when you are undecided which book to buy....

If the items are in stock delivery is always very fast, usually only a couple of days. There is a facility on the web site where you can check to see if your order has been despatched which is useful! The website itself is very easy to use and interesting to look around even if you are not looking for anything in particular. Great choice, hundreds of products and the prices are quite good as well. Shipping doesn't cost a lot but if you want things delivered in separate parcels (if one item is not in stock) you have to pay extra. I was a little surprised as to the area that it was in, but hey ho that is Ciao for you as they put it there supposedly! But anyway, back to the subject in mind. How do I use the library service? Well, you have to actually be a member in order to use pretty much any of the facilities that are on offer. It is usually free to join, but there are usually stipulations that you must agree to meet prior to joining: 1. That you are a permanent resident in the area that provides the service. Failed to Excel for Me

Advantages: Can be used at very low temperatures
Disadvantages: Not suitable for hand washing, overpowering scent on Febreze version, made stains worse

...First tried Amazon when I wanted to buy the Dummies guide to ICQ, saw this in WH Smiths but had a shock when I saw the price, £18.99. I shopped around a few of the online bookshops but decided to give Amazon a go as they had the lowest price, about £10.20. The ordering process was fairly straightforward once registered. Finally got to the last page on ordering and found a little suprise £2.99 postage, this bumped their price into line with many of the others who offered "free" postage. As I had got this far I finished the order off. The goods were despatched the same day and I got it the next morning. The book was well wrapped and got to me in good condition. Their site is very well designed and has an excellant searh engine to help find exactly what you are looking for. Worth using but bear in mind the postage charges....

...I have used amazon a lot over the psat year. i started using them to buy some textbooks for university, and was impressed with the competitive prices that they offered. The delivery times were good, and you are told at the time of ordering how long each item is likely to take - e.g. 24 hours or 2-3 days. The items arrived in good condition and when they were supposed to. I have also used Amazon to buy CDs from and have been impressed with these as well, as they offer a wide choice of music and the prices are generally cheaper than those on the high street. Although you have to pay for postage and packing, this compares favourably with the price of a bus ticket into town and it is a lot more pleasant browsing through music titles, sampling some parts, rather than looking in a store amongst lots of sweaty bodies on a saturday...
