...Okay, so before everyone gets too excited at the prospect of reading a review about a network cable, I'll bring you all back down to Earth and try to convince you why this one is so great... If you've bought computer peripherals before, you will probably be familiar with Belkin, who are particularly well-known for their USB products. Belkin make all sorts of cables, including a variety of ethernet network cables. This is a Cat 5 standard network cable (coloured red, but you can get it in many other colours, including black, grey, yellow, green, blue etc). One of the major problems with network cables is their tendency to snag when bent through a small radius, and because of the way the individual wires are twisted around eachother inside the cable, this can lead to network errors. fast LAN

Advantages: fast, allows shared broadband, different lengths, cheap

...I needed to set up a quick and easy LAN network at home so that both my home computer and my laptop could use my broadband internet connection. You see this cable is a CAT 5E which means that it allows broadband to be shared where as normal CAT 5 cable does not surport broadband only regular internet. This cable also is a RJ45 (male) cable well actaully its male to male which means that it will fit into most LAN cards and routers. Some LAN cards only use female ends though i havent found one of these yet. The cable also has a 300 MHZ (some have got 500 MHZ)bandwith which allows quick file sharing among the computers, i havent even noticed any lag one the internet either. The cable does come in a range of sizes from little 3 ft one to the massive 24 ft one i use at mt home, the cable is rather thick and hard to hide espically...

.... This just ensures that the connection is always there as they sometimes tend to fall out if you don’t screw them in however if you don’t want to you don’t really have to screw them in. The cables 2 metres long which might not be enough for some people, however they do a range of different lengths so just look out for different ones if you need them. Because my TV is quite near my laptop on my desk however I only got the 2m cable as if I got one any longer id be left with a load of cable kicking about. Most TVs don’t actually have the capability to plug this into the back of though so your best checking that first and then checking you laptop or pc has the port too. ...on since I started using the patches, I'm still using them and they are still working brilliantly. I've had several more cold sores in the meantime but my son remains coldsore free. Also, since writing my original review I have managed to detect and treat a coldsore at the 'tingly' stage, and only had to use one patch as it stopped the coldsore dead in it's tracks! I've also found that the patch is less prone to being disturbed by eating and drinking if the coldsore is on your lower lip....
