...i can say that this is a great machine it really works and gives you good results i wouldnt say the best but you can certainly tell after a period of time that your body has toned up, i havent got one of these myself but i would like to get one when i can afford it lets say. the vibration on this machine is not like a massage its more intense and when you stay on it for quite a while you will feel your muscles tightnen thats when you know its working. so i definatly gives this machine a thumbs up, i suggest you buy this machine if your too lazy or bored to go to the gym because you can do many exercises on this in the comfort of your own home. this is a great machine and would recommend this a good buy...

To be used in private!

Advantages: Works your muscles harder whilst feeling quite relaxing and addictive.
Disadvantages: Your wobbly bits shake from head to toe and you sound like a robot!

...I have been using this machine for the past two weeks. I had previously used one at my local gym but the wait to get on the machine could be lengthy as it has proved so popular with people of all ages. The one I now have at home seems to be almost as powerful as the more expensive model in the gym and I can use it when I want. It has proved useful for getting more from exercises such as sit-ups and press-ups as the constant vibration really makes you use your core, concentrate on staying balanced and seemingly makes your muscles work harder. People I know who have used the machine for a few months believe their muscle tone to be improving! I have also found my recovery to be better after a long run if I use the machine whilst doing stretches. The reason I suggest using the machine in private is that many of the stretches...

Crazy fit is Crazy good!

Advantages: Dont break a sweat, can be used for all ages, quiet, lose inches!
Disadvantages: Cant drink a coffee while your on it!

A Crazy Fit Review

Advantages: Really Good Machine all round
Disadvantages: None that i know of

...I think this machine is brilliant not only do i use it but my wife and teenage daughter do to. If anyone doesn't know exactly what it does i'll try and give you a normal explanation to you, the vibrations caused by the machine are sent to your muscles and your muscles try to balance the vibrations so they are working really hard trying to create the same amount of energy as the machine. (I hope that helped!) Even just standing on the Crazy Fit Massage Plate can tone your muscles. You can tone muscles, recieve massages and lose weight by using the machine its really easy! ...the following day, carefully boxed and I eagerly unwrapped it to see what it was like. The machine itself once assembled is like an upside down T. In truth there really wasn't much to 'assemble' the side runners were folded up against the vertical and merely needed folding down and then the extension handle to the vertical needs to be slotted into place and then tightened into place using the screw knob. On the machine I bought the handle, once fixed in place, is ever so slightly out of square which I put down to the fact that I bought it cheap on eBay however this is marginal and does not in any way impede it in use as the handle is only there for balance, rather than for support whilst exercising, but more of that later. and now to Exercise! ------------------------------ To get on to the machine they recommend that you first ensure...

A Wheelie bad idea!!!!!! Golds Gym Exercise wheel

...trading in the cross trainer that cost me £400 for this incredible little machine if it does all that, especially since it only costs about a fiver! Should I choose this path however, I would be left extremely disappointed and quite possibly broken. MY EXPERIENCE Well for a fiver I thought I?d buy one and see if it was any good. I tend to do this before I release it on my clients at the gym. I?m glad I did. This piece of equipment is absolutely shocking. Firstly it is THE most boring exercise I have ever done. Backwards, forwards, backwards, forwards. There is very little in the way of variation without the devise becoming seriously dangerous.
