A huge expansion

Advantages: huge expansion, new enemies, weapons, armour and items, great environment, outstanding plot
Disadvantages: may crash too often, most of the characters are stupid

...Oblivion was certainly the best Role Playing Game I ever played. The first official expansion to the game was Knights of the Nine which added only another faction and a few quests supported by a few characters and a villian who was not too impressive either. But the second expansion was one of the best expansions ever released for any game. Oblivion itself was a very big game with a huge world, and Shivering Isles expansion makes it even bigger. This explains why Shivering Isles take lots of more space than Knights of the Nine. Everyone who has played Oblivion would want to play this expansion too, or may try the Game of the Year Edition with all these included. Review of The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Shivering Isles Expansion Pack (PC)

A magical expansion pack for The Sims.

Advantages: Adds a lot of new gameplay.
Disadvantages: None really, unless you don't like The Sims.

Excellent Expansion

Advantages: Many new campaigns and new units
Disadvantages: Few bugs

...This expansion is totally worth buying if you liked the original Medieval 2 Total War game. It includes 4 new campaigns and more than 140 new units. The campaigns include The Americas conquest, Battle of Britannia, The Crusades, and the Teutonic campaign. Each of this campaigns have very in depth historical details on them, unlike the original game which is somewhat a more generic european campaign without many historical events happenng besides the black plague and the mongols invasion. If you liked the campaign mode in the original game your basically getting 4 new games with this expansion. As each of them is a standalone enjoyment that will have you hooked up for many days. Advantages: zombies! new life stage and items, new interactions

...Although I don't own this expansion pack for my sims 2 game, I have played it a lot on my friends computer. This is a big expansion pack that adds a whole new neighbourhood, the college neighbourhood to the the game. On the sims 2 deluxe there is an icon for this neighbourhood although it doesn't load unless you have this expansion pack. The main thing this pack allows sims to do is go to college - teenage sims can go to college where they become young adults, a new stage of life introduced to the game with this pack. This life stage only happens to sims going to college though, other sims just become adults. Once you send a teenager to college, you can go to the college neighbourhood to control them where they progress through 4 years of study. The thing that appealed to me the most about purchasing the expansion and stuff packs were the fact they offered great new furniture, hair styles, clothes, dialect, houses, cars and many other things my Sims could experiment. ...This game Lord of the Rings Battle for Middle Earth 2 - Return of the Witch King is an expansion pack for Lord of the Rings Battle for Middle Earth 2. As with all expansion packs, it is packed with many new features. This expansion pack is based around the witch king and him creating his own faction to control middle earth. The storyline for this is very good and an improvement on the other two storylines from the main game. The storyline seems to get you more interested and it makes you have evil thoughts of creating a massive dark army, which is very impressive. The witch king starts off on his own with a few minions but has to recruit new heroes/villains, whichever you prefer. It lists the artistes involved in the "ambient sounds of nature" series as being "various artists." The credits on the CDs in my collection show that the composer and performer on the CDs is Levantis. The tracks on this CD are: Past, The Womb of Mother Earth, Expanse of Colour (the title track of this CD) Density of Life, Preservation and Future. As with the other CDs in the series, Levantis takes some sounds from nature (ambient sounds) such as singing birds, crickets, and blends them into a perfect with some rather gorgeous and lush music.
