...Delivery is prompt, but return service is poor. I purchased a bathroom fan using my credit card. I wished to return the fan as it was unsuitable but was discouraged by their refund processing system. Their customer service asked me over the phone for my card number including the 3 digit security card for them to process the refund, or if you refuse to give the 3 digit code, you have no other option but to go personally to their store for them to give you the refund. System is very unsecure, as anyone can easily access to customers card details. I've never returned the item due to this. The customer service from their Slough branch sounds rude and unprofessional. Good point: Price is reasonable....

Are you a fan of the Fan Museum?

So I thought I would also review the Greenwich Fan Museum as it would compliment the previous review nicely. The Fan Museum at Greenwich is the first and only museum to be dedicated to fans. It was founded by Helene Alexander in 1991 to share her life long passion for the subject. She has a collection of 3500 objects which are not all on show at the same time due to the fragility of many of the fans. It's housed in two adjoining skilfully restored Georgina houses on Royle Hill in the centre of Greenwich. Dimplex convection heater with turbo fan

Advantages: Turbo Fan, secure wall mounting, switchable turbo fan
Disadvantages: Mechanical thermostat with turbo fan can be attention grabbing!

...One of the many heaters I tried was this Dimplex free standing/wall mounted convection heater with Fan Boost. I decided to try this after a returning my 4th failed Bionaire BCV3100 heater. The wall mounting arrangement was very affective in securely locking the heater to the wall using 3 simple hooks. The unit is very light weight. There are 2 switches on the side. A power On/Off switch and below that a Hi/Low switch. Below the switches there is a mechanical thermostat to further regulate the heater. On the front of the heater integrated into the turbo fan grill there is a switch to turn the turbo fan on or off. A nice feature is on a hot day you can run the turbo fan without any heat, this provides a cool draft from the heater although it is not as affective as a desktop fan though. Everyone I have spoken to that has one finds that if they use it for long periods of game play (let's face it who doesn't), then the console gets very hot.
