Triple the benefit eyeshadow but how??
Advantages: Lovely eyeshadow
Disadvantages: Nothing major, read review
...is the triple benefit?
Also the other issue is with a lot of the cosmetic packaging from Avon. I look after my products. Yet the lettering off all my Avon rubs off. On the compacts and eyeshadow cases they scratch easily and it's a real bug bear of mine!
On To The Product:
Well as I've said the writing has come off my eyeshadow so I can't tell you the colour which is a pity cos I would order it again and again. It's a taupe colour. It's damp in the tube and saturates the applicator but it's no way wet or dry but is a thick consistency but not clumpy or gooey. Mine is quite old now but it hasn't clumped or gone funny or anything it's as good as the day I purchased it.
Even though this is quite a light colour its incredibly shimmery (not glittery) and very deep. It's such a good consistency that even though as I said it is light...

Creamy and Intense colour from Clinique.
Advantages: A lovely creamy eye shadow which lasts all day.
Disadvantages: The price! But you will always find these cheaper on eBay.
...My love of the Clinique Colour Surge eye shadow duo's came about purely by Clinique often popping an eye shadow into their famous free gifts. Seeing as I often only buy the things I use from Clinique when they have a free gift on, I've ended up with quite a few of their eye shadows over time. Before this I was quite happy using any old eye shadow from brands such as Rimmel or Maybelline, believing that a bit of 'colour' on my eye lids was all that was needed. I didn't realise the quality of these brands was rather poor until trying Clinique.
Clinique Eye Shadow
When looking at Clinique's eye shadow range you will see they come in all shapes and sizes, with the Duo being just one. You can also get a Trio of eye shadows, or a Quad, or you can stick to just a solo shadow on its own. I love the duo ones as they tend to have a small...

The perfect day to evening eyeshadow
Advantages: Lovely natural colour, versatile - can be day wear or evening, long lasting with primer
Disadvantages: Creases easily without primer
...When it comes to eyeshadows I am what can only be described as a hoarder - I have a massive collection, ranging from your bog standard neutrals, through to hot pinks, peacock greens and striking purples. Unsurprisingly for anyone who knows their makeup, there is nothing I like better than a browse through the vast colour collection that is MAC. As well as the huge selection of colours, there is also a great choice of finishes - from frosted, to pearl, to matte, there's something for everyone, whether you're looking to recreate a classic 1940's matte look, or a sparkly 1980's effect. At £11 each they are on the pricey side, but in my experience the quality is well worth the high price tag.
Each shadow pot contains 1.5g of product and comes in a small black pot with a flip top lid which has a transparent circle through which you can see...

What eyeshadows bring out the colour in your eyes?
Advantages: If you wear colours that make your eyes stand out, you'll recieve many more compliments and you'll look great, go on, give yourself a treat.
Disadvantages: there's no disadvantage in wearing colours that suit you!
...Different coloured eyeshadows bring out the best in the colour of your eyes.....
I personally have blue eyes, and my favourite eyeshadow (I basically only wear this, I love it so much) is 'Vex' from MAC.
MAC eyeshadow in 'Vex' is a spacey, modern make-up product.
It's a mixture of silvery pink and silvery green. This may sound a little odd but as you look at someone's eyes when they're wearing it, you see silvery pink one moment and silvery green the next. Believe me, it's cool.
To be helpful on the colours you should buy for your eyes, I went to my nearest MAC store and asked them to advise me, they told me -
Blue eyes -pinks, greens, silver (this is why Vex is perfect, it's a mixture of the two top colours for blue eyes.)
WARNING - do not try and wear blue eyeshadows they will do nothing to draw the attention to your...

Two for one eyeshadow
Advantages: Blends nicely
Disadvantages: Cant think of any
...To start with this product is normally £5.00 but can change price with offers.
It is in a nice small compact container. With its own little mirror, and 2 colour blends and a double sided applicator
It is almost slim line so fits nicely in your handbag without any problems.
I bought the lilac 2 duo and its really nice.
One is a sort of dark purple and the other is a light lilac.
other colours are pinks, browns, blues, greens.
It looks like a powder, but when applied it is smooth and lasts a long time, so to me isn't a powder. The colours blend nicely together, so Avon have the colours spot on.
I have had colours that are suppose to match and I find it quite difficult to blend them, but again these colours are very easy to blend and do look good as a 2 tone.
I have used the colours on their own and they look nice as one,
I...

Urban Decay Eyeshadows
Advantages: The most fantastic range of colours something for everyone
Disadvantages: Does have a tendency to crease and wear off easily
...When I go out I like my eyes to get all the attention, being my best feature they look their best when played up with a really brightly coloured eyeshadow.
I usually go for cheaper make up to be honest but have been hankering after some of the Urban Decay Eyeshadow for quite a while after I was admiring a friends eyeshadow and she told me it was Urban Decay and also after I spotted what gorgeous colours they do in their range. At approximately £10.50 for a 1.5g tablet though I had felt they were quite expensive and couldn't really justify spending that amount of cash on them.
However at Christmas I got a large amount of Boots vouchers as a present and decided I would splash out on a couple of these eyeshadows - I opted for Kiddie Pool an Ocean Blue colour with iridescent glitter and YDK a mocha colour with gold glitter. It took me...

Best Eyeshadow on the Market
Advantages: Amazing pigmentation, wide range, great quality
Disadvantages: May seem expensive for nonmakeup addicts.
...wonderful art on the outside, inspired by graphic design, grafetti and sheet art (like the picture above). The colours aren't as varied as the regular eyeshadow but there's still 12 colours, from 'zero' - a smoking black, to 'shag' - a light bronze, and 'peace' - a shimmering turquoise. My favourite from this line is Grafetti which is a bright green. When I say bright, I mean BRIGHT. That's the thing about Urban Decay, the colours are so fun, bright and gorgeous. Definately not for any wallflowers. The deluxe shadows deliver even more colour than the regular shadows and have slightly more product in each compact. These won't fade and like all products, will never crease, even the black!
A good idea for people looking to start their collection is to buy a Shadow Box or a Face Case. They both retail at around £20. A good one I have is the Ammo...

Rimmel Eyeshadows
Advantages: Nice colours
Disadvantages: Can be expensive
...I have 4 of these eye shadows in smokey purples
They are not really pigmented, but more natural looking and noticeable. They come with a sponge applicator with a rounded end and a pointed end, i really like the pointy end as it allows for extra precision during application. It lasts for around 5 hours in my experience, without an eye shadow primer and creases a lot, and pretty much all day with a primer such as Urban Decay Primer Potion (UDPP). The eyeshadows are pressed powder, but feel quite creamy and smooth, not at all chalky. The colours are not sparkly, shimmery or glittery and can be applied in thin lines or thick sweeps. They blend really easily and the light pinks really make your eyes pop, where as the dark colours create a great smokey eye effect and draw attention to the eyes.
I recommend the Eye Shadow Quads because they...

Beyond eyeshadow
Advantages: Variety of colours
Disadvantages: Isnt very crease proof
...Beyond colour eyeshadow is genuinely a good eyeshadow, it's availible in a choice of seven colours:
Heather
Plum satin
Quartz
Tiger's Eye
Twilight
Lace
and Blue Sky.
I ordered two of the above colours, Quartz and Blue Sky (which is more silver than blue). The colours were just as I had expected. Subtle yet pleasantly noticable.
The tube in which they came in was also attractive. It looks very similar to a tube of lip gloss, and when it is opened it has a wand attached to the top with which you apply the eyeshadow. Again is very much like a lip gloss. The tube is transparent, with a silver lid and black writing along it. As it begins to run out the fact that it is transparent doesnt compliment it anymore. This is because you can see the ammount of eyeshadow...
