F1 2002, Let's go racing!!

Advantages: Graphics are pretty sharp.
Disadvantages: Controls is not very smooth. Electronic arts.

Last man Standing ************************ This is where you race as usual but the car in last place will be removed from the race at the end of each lap. The winner is the last car standing. ...As a kid I loved playing F1 on my Playstation - it was a game that would have me sitting up into the wee small hours - had great graphics and gameplay that outstripped anything I had ever played before and when I stumbled across F1 2002 on Ebay for £12.99 I immediately decided to bring back those happy memories and I wasn't disappointed in the slightest by my purchase - it may be old - but this game has a timeless quality thanks to the graphics - sound effects and ultimately gameplay. There are several game modes as you would expect from an officially endorsed game of this nature - quick race - single player - grand prix mode - custom championship - team mate challenge - full championship - time challenge. Goodyear Eagle F1 GSD3s

Advantages: Lots of grip, good in all conditions including wet and dry
Disadvantages: Slightly pricey, Can pull car around a bit on rough road

...I purchased some Goodyear Eagle F1 GSD3 for my Citroen Saxo VTS around about November time last year after being recommend them on various car discussion forums, by people who use their cars for both road and track driving, I had never tried the Goodyear brand before this so thought I would see what they were like on my Citroen Saxo VTS it wasn't really needing new tyres at the time but I wanted a high performance brand tyre to suit my driving needs. I never though of Goodyear as on of the leading brands but now I have tried these I feel they are on their way up in the world of tyres and I will now be a returning customer of theirs for all of the cars I own. 4 months on I could not be any happier with Goodyear Eagle F1 GSD3 tyres and will definitely be using this brand or another Goodyear manufactured performance tyre if this product...

Disadvantages: Needs a good PC, not very good without a wheel

...game using an analogue controller I found it to be a near impossibility. I find it hard to fault the game for this though, as you can put certain driving aids on that will enable you to play it using a pad or keyboard at the expensive of some of it?s realism. Thankfully F1 also has the amount of set-up options that whilst being par for the course in many games of this type on the PC, are still very important to have. There also implemented extremely well, you do get a feeling that the tweaking that you are doing is having some profound effect on the feel of the car. To test your set-ups it is recommended to take your car onto the test day, this enables you to test the car as much as you wish without having the pressure of other cars on the track to crash into you as you wobble your car about the track! I eventually bought this game and i am so glad that i did as it is great fun. Players This game can be played as a one player or multiplayer as long as you have a wii remote for each player. The graphics are superb and the cars actially look like F1 cars... unlike other F1 games where they look like a pointed box with 4 wheels. The gameplay is superb and every is so real... the cars, background, pitlane, gameplay and you actually feel like you're driving a F1 car. F1 2000 is definetly a very good game and you should definetly try this game out, but once you've started playing I bet you wouldn't want to stop playing because F1 2000 can be very addictive for some......

...During the 1990s, if you had a games console you would have probably been in one of two camps: Sega or Nintendo. I certainly was rooted firmly in the Sega camp having had a Mega Drive for many, many years with games like Street of Rage, Ecco the Dolphin and of course, Sonic the Hedgehog. I was a huge Sonic fan, playing the first and second game until completion and then starting up again a few days later as I loved everything about it, the colours, the gameplay.... everything. So if you tried to convince me that some 10-15 years later that Sonic and Mario would team up in a game, I probably would have just laughed. Back then it would have been an absurd thought but one that any magazine reviewer or computer game fanboy would have only dreamed about.
