...Face Lift is a moisturising cream designed by Barbara Daly for the Tesco Make-Up line. This is another beauty product I've stolen off my sister. I always like to try them out before wasting my own money on them. ****Packaging**** The outer packaging consists of a plastic box with a full list of ingredients printed on one side and a description of the product on the other. This box is marked as recyclable. The moisturiser itself is inside a frosted glass pot. You will get 30 ml of the product. The cream, which looks a lot like a pale shade of foundation, can be seen through the glass and is topped with a silver screw-on top. The name of the product is printed in black on the glass. ...from the picture this cream comes in a red glass pot with a white domed screw off lid. The cream itself is white and of a thick consistency which spreads easily over the skin. It is lightly fragranced and whilst I can't put my finger on what it smells like it is very pleasent. ** Directions for Use** Warm up a small amount of cream between your hands and apply to thoroughly cleansed skin in light upwards circular movements. Massage stimulates the skins micro circulation and improves the appearance. I use this every morning after cleansing and toning and find a couple of pea sized blobs is generally ample to cover my whole face. ...That's how the PR people describe this - a face lift in a bottle. Well I wouldn't go quite that far, but for anyone concerned about the first (or even 51st!) signs of ageing this has got to be worth a try. Basically the product is filmogenic - like Clarins Beauty Flash or Decleor Beauty boost. This, however, is stronger. It's designed to be worn alone or under make-up and it really does help skin to look a lot better. I find it helps keep my make-up in place and even helps to stop oily t-zone break-through. There is a bit of a knack to applying it and it isn't cheap. But for those days when you need to look pretty near perfect, this is the best product I've found...

...other mascaras I have used. ~ What does No7 promise / say about this product? ~ ~ Hypo-allergenic ~ Fragrance free ~ Lifts your lashes while you curl ~ Gives wonderfully wide open eyes! ~ Does the mascara live up to its promise? ~ It all depends on who you are comparing your lashes and eyes to as to whether it gives you that 'wonderfully wide open eye' look! Once applied it certainly enhances my eyelashes (I'm currently sitting with one set of eyelashes with the mascara on and the other 'natural'). It lifts them slightly and gives them a slight curl to them but it is definitely not a 'Wow, look at those lashes' look!
