Advantages: A big read with lots of action
Disadvantages: A few minor niggles.

...My apologies to those that are fed up of Dean Koontz reviews but having read "The Face" I thought I'd add my review to those that have already been written. If I duplicate any of the thoughts or parts of the story then consider it as flattery as sometimes you just can't improve on what has already been written. THE FACE OF EVIL ?

Advantages: Super film - action packed til the last.
Disadvantages: Under 18s should not view.

...takes the story to different levels and the biggest success factor of the movie is indeed the relationship factor. Although I have seen films where characters swap places before, none has done it so convincingly, taking the moral behaviour of an FBI agent worn down in his search for the killer of his son, balanced against the immoral behaviour of a terrorist with very little feeling about human nature or feelings. The characters play against each other in a way that makes the viewer believe, anticipate, wonder and hope, and I believe that one of the real entertainment values of this film lies in the Directors incessant eye for detail and action, and believe me the film is action packed. Face off was made in 1997, and hasn't dated as many films of this era have. It still thrills. It still delivers scene after scene of non stop action...

** Lick My Face!! **

Advantages: Gorgeous smell, skin softening, bargain!
Disadvantages: Not Edible!!!!

...I am a nightmare when it comes to picking random things up in shops. You know the small things that tempt you at the tills. Whether it's a quick pack of chewing gum at the till or the extra special gift tag that HAS to go with the wrapping paper. That's why I'm terrible and really should get in the habit of taking a shopping list. On my last trip to Superdrug's, if I recall correctly I went in to get some emergency supplies, cotton buds and body spray! ...I have been using this face cream for quite a well now. I started to use it when i was in a car accident and i have quite a large scar in between my eyes. It's shaped like a backward L. For a year or two i kept putting on loads of make up to cover the scar. But i noticed this face cream and started using it twice a day. The redness in my scar has started to fade. The scar is really not noticeable now. I find the cream very reasonable. It's not too oily and goes on really easy. It has totally given me the confidence to not wear make-up and the scar has totally faded. The cream didn't irritate my skin, it made it feel soft and full of life again. The scar in between my eyes was quite sensitive but it ain't now thanks to Bio-oil. The product is great value for money and you can get it from most stores....

...I was a bit fed up last night. My thirteen-year-old daughter has been very challenging lately and I just needed to relax and unwind. I have shelves of DVDs, several of which I have bought, but never got round to watching. So I scanned my shelves looking for an upbeat, feel good movie to cheer me up. The Wrong Face

Advantages: All-star cast, decent screenplay, good soundtrack
Disadvantages: Lacked impact, slightly over-sweetened, somewhat forgettable

...What makes a good British gangster flick? In my opinion, "The Krays", "Snatch", "Get Carter", "Lot Stock", "Gangster No.1" and "Sexy Beast" just about got it right. Why then was this film not able to elevate itself to that standard? With an embarassment of stars in the cast, I found it woeful that Robert Carlyle was picked to lead the pack. Perhaps it's been too many times I watched him mouthing obscenities in Northern and Irish accents (Angela's Ashes, 51st State, Full Monty, There's Only One Jimmy Grimble) but his character is thoroughly unconvincing to me and it should have gone to his co-star instead, the indomitable Ray Winstone. This made-for-TV BBC FOUR production is about an ageing ex-socialist who commits armed robberies around London for a living. After one particular heist, many things go wrong and his motley crew...

...Westlifes Album number 7 brought out in 31 October 2006 which reached number 1. I got this album as a christmas present and as i am a massive westlife fan i absolutly loved it.
