As the story unravels we, the audience, are forced to make a distinction between an ordinary man and a deranged psychopath. Mid-way through things are taken to a new, hilarious level when D-FENS pulls a gun on the irritating manager of a fast food restaurant after he refuses him breakfast for being two minutes over the deadline. Advantages: A compelling and suspenseful read
Disadvantages: Disturbing subject matter

Wii might wobble but we Wii won't fall down!!

Advantages: Great fun with family and friends
Disadvantages: Brings out the competitive streak in me!

Fantasy May Fall in "The Fall"

Advantages: Wonderfully written, Engaging, Hard to put down
Disadvantages: Deals with some quite uncomfortable issues

Excellent casting and a great script!

Advantages: Strong cast, good atmospheres and themes.
Disadvantages: Unrealistic.

Fed up with life`s little irritations? So Is Bill Foster

Advantages: Good Story, Good Humour, Good Story Pace
Disadvantages: Duvall a bit OTT.

Michael Douglas in something not crap

Advantages: Harshness of America portrayed
Disadvantages: Crappy actors, crap music, crappy cliches

Bill's not a happy bunny, the film starts with him sitting in the traffic in the horrible fly infested heat listening to the irritated drivers of other vehicles. It all gets too much for him and he snaps and just abandons his car in the middle of the road and walks off. It's at this point that we meet the other main character: Detective Prendergast played by Robert Duvall (The Godfather 1&2, Apocalypse Now). Its Pendergasts last day on the force (one of many film cliches un Falling Down) and he's being held up by D-Fens's abandoned car. D-Fens then goes on a series of adventures.
