...bt are a good well known trustable company with lots of users and it is flexable with lots of people and its fast. bt internet is fast and of good standard. my friends use bt and when ever i am over ther house on the internet thay use bt and i find bt intenet is fast and esy. downloads are quite fast andif you have certian program for downloads if that 2 hr cutt off time happens you can recconect with out it being ingaged. simple fast and good. tell your mates about it you will be hooked for ages and ages thats if you use the internet a lot and you carnt afford to pay the phone bill....

Like many others, I try to loose weight in every way. I had so many Ideas for loosing weight. Nothing to eat, only an appel a day and so on. But all that doesn`t worked so good.
A few weeks ago then, I bought Slim Fast in a Store because I heared so much of Slim Fast and so I wanted to try it one time.
At Home, I tried Slim Fast.
You have to trink Slim Fast with Milk without Fat. On the Box of Slim Fast, they say, that you have to mix the Slim Fast Powder with milk in a special Slim Fast Cup, but I don`t think, that you have to buy this special cup. You can also take another normal cup to mix it.
This special cup you can buy for 5€ (I don`t know how much it is in british pounds).
After I mixed this drink, I tried my drink. I can´t say so good how it tastes. It tastes very chemical and not naturally. I tried the chocolat...
