...bt are a good well known trustable company with lots of users and it is flexable with lots of people and its fast. bt internet is fast and of good standard. my friends use bt and when ever i am over ther house on the internet thay use bt and i find bt intenet is fast and esy. downloads are quite fast andif you have certian program for downloads if that 2 hr cutt off time happens you can recconect with out it being ingaged. simple fast and good. tell your mates about it you will be hooked for ages and ages thats if you use the internet a lot and you carnt afford to pay the phone bill.... ...Everyone knows what Slim Fast is thanks to the irritating adverts that have been shown over the years. But just incase, Slim Fast is meal replacement diet. On the diet you replace breakfast and luch with a glass of milkshake, and have a healthy tea. Slim Fast is a waste of money. Afetr drinking the milkshake I still felt hungry. My stomach felt full and bloated yet I wasn't satisfied. I felt the need to eat in my mouth and throat. It is available as either powder to mix yourself, or in tins for on the go. The taste of the milkshake left something to be desired. Available in Strawberry, Banana and Chocolate, after mixing it still tasted powdery and lumpy. ...My Mum has decided to follow Slim Fast’s way of losing way and although they have shown women on TV on their advertisements to tell you the truth I don’t really think that by drinking a milk shake and of course having a controlled diet where you watch what you eat you can really lose weight. Well anyway the ready to drink Shakes available from Slim Fast come in a variety of flavours, Banana, Strawberry supreme, Chocolate and Coffee delight.
