...I recently bought a olivetti jp192 at staples warehouse. After six weeks it became faulty with the paper going into the printer at an angle which caused the paper to jam due to one of the rollers not working. I rang up staples about the printer, They told me to ring up olivetti which I done. I explained to customer servies about my fault on the printer, They told me to take all the leads out and the ink printhead, A courrier will bring you a replacement out and collect your faulty printer tomorrow. They arrived the day they said they would.I was very pleased how olivetti customer servives handled my complait.Its a pitty that the printer wasn't as good as it's customer services. The printer needs to be improved to stop faults from happening, I am not the only person that has a faulty Olivetti jp 192.... Read review

Advantages: Topical, gripping, twisting plot

...Well im going to buck the trend with this one. I actually believe this is better than the Da Vinci Code. The main character is Again the American lecturer Robert Langdon " the indiana jones in a tweed jacket." allthough not linked to its more famous DV Code book the same character appears in both and again centres on art/religion and interpretation of religious iconography. The story begins when langdon receives a fax showing a photo of a murdered scientist branded with an ancient icon of the Illuminati. Langdon is drafted in by the boss of CERN the huge scientific company for whom the scientist had worked. Without giving up too much of the plot, langdon and the murdered scientists daughter discover that his greatest discovery , a way of producing Antimatter , has been stolen and threatens to destroy the whole of the Vatican City... ...If I were to recommend the Olivetti JP-192 to anyone it would only be because someone was pointing a gun at my head. This printer is incredibly slow, especially when printing in colour. I also found it incredibly difficult to find print cartridges for this printer and when I did find them they were extremely expensive. Although the initial cost of this printer is low the running costs are high as the cartridges are expensive and, as they run out quickly, you have to buy them on a regular basis. Unfortunately, the Olivetti JP-192 only holds one cartridge at a time so if you want to print a document using both colour and monochrome you have to switch them about which is both irritating and time consuming. They sell ink cartridges for most well known manufacturers (they are not branded goods though) and ink refills for printer cartridges. They did also have colour kits in, that were £9.99 each, and consisted of, 1 bottle of each, red, blue, yellow, plus the flush, and all the other items that are in the black kit. I have since seen these kits in other shops, ranging from £7.00- £9.99 black, and between £10.99-£14.99 for the colour kit. On the pack it states, between 1 to 6 refills, depending on the capacity of your cartridge, (mine will do 4) It also lists some compatible printer manufactures Hewlett Packard Epsom Xerox Lexmark Olivetti Brother Cannon Compaq They say the kits are compatible with over 300 inkjet printers.
