...I bought this when I had my baby as it was apparently the best on the market and I really can't find fault with it at all it has been the most reliable of our baby products and can't rate it highly enough. This car seat is different from others as it is suitable for up to 9 months whilst the majority of others are just up to 6 months. The seat is well padded and has a 'head hugger' so it is safer for newborns. This headhugger can then be removed once your baby is big enough. The straps also can be adjusted once your baby grows so that it is still safe and comfortable. The straps are easy to use- at first they were fiddly but once you have the hang of them then you know what you're doing they're easy! once you have strapped your baby in you then pull on the straps to make them tight so that your baby is safetly in place...

Playing with Fire

Advantages: still a big fan of this series after reading this, I love the characters
Disadvantages: It takes forever to get into and was too drawn out at the beginning. Not as good as the first!

Brilliant infant car seat

Advantages: Excellent for safety, comfort and totally practical
Disadvantages: no negatives for this product

...I used this for my daughter and used it from birth right through to the upper weight limit which is actually higher than most other car seats in this category. She always seemed so content in it and happily napped when travelling. The sun canopy is excellent, great for protecting the baby when driving and carrying about. Sun canopy also stores away easily when not in use, remaining attatched but out for the way. I also bought the easybase which made loading and unloading baby from car very quick and easy - especially when its raining which it so often does here. Also purchased mosquito net & Raincover both excellent purchases and in the UK I certainly needed them. I liked the fact that there were internal pads that could be removed as she grew to enable more comfort and space for her within the seat. Covers are easily removed for washing...

Lengthening the safety straps is done from the underside of the chair, you push the safety release lever under the seat and then can pull on the shoulder straps on top of the chair, this lengthens them, once you sit baby in the chair and buckle him/her in you them pull on the strap that comes off of the central strap and it will tighten the straps to fit your baby nice and snug. The seat meets all the appropriate safety measures and the cover is fire resistant. ...REASONS FOR PURCHASING: St Elmo?s' Fire is one of my all time favourite movies that I really had great pleasure in watching in 1986. I really was thrilled when I first saw this excellent, star studded movie and was highly impressed with the soundtrack and all of the great songs that where played throughout it.
