...Fishers Bistro is a great little restaurant on The Shore of Leith. On my last visit I enjoyed Fisher’s own fish cakes a deliciously hearty starter, followed by langoustines with garlic butter. Both were absolutely wonderful. My dining partner enjoyed fresh mussels and then traditional sirloin. The mussels were beautifully cooked and came with a wonderful cream and wine sauce. The food was reasonably priced with starters ranging between £4-6 and main courses £12-16. The wine list was also reasonable with most bottles priced between £10-15. Highly recommended to all but I’d recommend booking as it gets very busy even on week nights.... Read review

...My 19 month old daughter loves the Fisher Price Little People range. There is so much of it to collect that you may think it is too big and expensive to start them off on. I however asked friends and family who wanted to know wha to buy her for her birthday to get something from this range as the prices start from £5 up tp about £35. It really encouranges imaginative play, the pieces are big enough not to cause harm (in my opinion), they are colourful and more importantly they don't fit up the hoover!!!! There are houses, farms play grounds, fairs, horses, buses shops and more to choose from. The main parts of the collection have lights and sounds to reward your little one and to make play more fun. ...A great Fisher Price toy in the 'Laugh n Learn' range. It is suitable for baby aged 9 months up but my 3 year old daughter loves playing with it too. All of the four cookie shapes are magnetic so they are easier to slide into the puzzle board. Baby will also learn about colours and shapes on one side and textures on the other. It has two sing-along songs, light-up buttons and 3 funny phrases that will make baby smile! I thought this was a really stimulating toy for my baby. It is just the right size for baby to hold and a great toy to take anywhere with you like in the car to keep baby entertained. It requires 3 AAA batteries and has a retail price of around £12 but can be bought cheaper second hand.... Read review

...This fisher price garage is great fun. It is colourful for little toddlers. It has different buttons on for making different fun sounds, telephone/till/engine/drill/etc. There is a big ramp with a secret flap that cars can come down from the second level. The lift takes the cars up to the top floor and can fly down the ramp, and some do fly too really fast. There is a lift for the people to go up in too. There is a mechanic with it and little car for the little people, and a petrol pump so you can pretend to fill up the car. A car lift, and a carwash with a handle you turn to make carwash go round. It is great value, and lots of fun for kids and adults. My little boy loves his garage. You dont have to just use the fisher price plastic cars, he uses his metal cars too on his, loves to push them down the ramp. Recommended... Read review

The best thing about this range is that my daughter plays with the house one moment and the train and the garage the next. My son is the same. Every single set has something different about it and all with those noises and some have music too. Though this one is a let down from the rest that we have. This is one that does not really get played with a lot as there is very few things to do with it unlike the rest of the range. I should say that this is aimed at the younger babies rather then the older ones. WHAT IS THE WORLD OF LITTLE PEOPLE. As I have said before in other reviews that I have done on the Fisher Price range these are great and my kids love them. Though the only downfall with being the one set you will go back and buy more.
