Advantages: Easy way to keep fit.

...Intro Wii Fit is something quite difficult to review. But people think that playing things like Wii Fit, is doing them good. Like take Brain Training, it would make you smarter, or something like Guitar Hero would make them feel like rockstars. But does Wii Fit actually make you fit? I think yes. It does make you fit. It does actually work! Like balancing on the Balance Board improves your posture and balance. Muscle exercises grows and tightens your muscles. Aerobics games make you lose weight. I use it mainly to tone up and do the yoga to help my posture, and on occasion I do an hour's training if I haven't been able to go to the gym. I feel that I have invested well in the wii fit, as it is a great supplement to my normal routine of swimming four times a week. My posture has improved as well as my centre of gravity and I think it is money well spent....

...Nintendo Wii Fit (Wii Fit) I got Wii fit on Christmas day 2008 and ever since I have not got off it. I am a really big gamer and when I bought the Wii i thought it wasn't going to be good and it wasn't that good as the Xbox 360 or the PlayStation 3, but when I got Wii Fit for it I have been playing it one hour a day every day. I do all kinds of exercises on it. Including Jogging, Push up's, Step aerobics and many more. It really is a good way of excerising because it is fun and you don't even know that you are excerising! Whats in the box... In the Wii Fit box there is not too much, there is a Wii fit balance board, Wii fit Wii game, Four AA Batteries and Manuals. What games is there on the Wii Fit game... There is all sorts of games on the Wii Fit, there is boxing, jogging, Push ups, side ups, step aerobics and many more...

...The Wii Fits? sounds and music are average. The music ranges from up-beat tempo workout songs to new style tunes. If the player is using the Wii Fit to improve their fitness they will be wearing an MP3 player or IPOD so they can listen to their own style of music while working out. There are some specific audio cues for certain exercises and games that must be followed in order to score well but if the player is participating in these they will more than likely have turned their MP3 off so that they can hear. Never buy tyres at Kwik-Fit Centres

Advantages: Fast, efficient service
Disadvantages: High price if not pre-ordered over the internet

...I made the mistake of taking my car in to a Kwik-Fit centre when I had a puncture before checking prices on their internet site. I had previously used Kwik-Fit centres for both servicing and tyres and always thought their service and pricing to be very competitive. The service I received was excellent with the operatives identifying the cause of the puncture and also identifying that two more of my tyres were close to the legal limit. I was told that the puncture was too close to the side wall of the tyre to allow it to be repaired so I agreed to have three new tyres fitted. Although the quoted price for the tyres at £167 each seemed to be quite high I assumed that the price of tyres has risen in the couple of years since I had last had some fitted. Can getting fit really be fun???

Advantages: Shows you how to do exercises correctly, balance games are fun, the balance board
Disadvantages: doesn't get that hard if you are really looking to build your fitness
