...The Slendertone flex is the latest in slendertone's range of faradic exercisers. The one I have is for the abdominals although they also now have a flex for the bum and thighs which you wear like a pair of shorts. The tummy one is great. I have had 5 children and a bad back so the usual round of sit ups and crunches are no longer feasible for me. I have previously had the earlier ones with pads and trailing wires, but frankly they are a pain in the neck (should that be stomach!) to set up.Initially I was put off buying this product by the cost. Mine was £145 although I think they vary a bit. However, I watched a really good demo on QVC and that convinced me to spend the money! Aquafresh Flex Tooth & Tongue Cleaner.

Advantages: Does a good job leaving mouth fresher and cleaner.
Disadvantages: None I can find.

Super Flex...but Super Dry?

...The Nationwide Flex account is a great account to have if you do a lot of travelling abroad. I opened a Nationwide Flex account with one main thing in mind - ie to get a good exchange rate abroad without incuring any fees for withdrawing cash. The Nationwide Flex account debit card is the only debit card that you can use abroad to withdraw cash from ATM's and to pay for goods without paying a 'charge' for it.. (although it does state that some ATM's make a charge which is outside their control, I have never had any charges incurred.) I have used my card now three times whilst travelling abroad. Disadvantages: Slow to respond to internal e-mails.

Once opened, it can be assessed on-line and money transferred from account to account with relative speed and ease. One of its best assets is its debit card.
