Great Machine!

Advantages: Quick Work-Out, Cheaper than Power Plates, Great Results
Disadvantages: Only tones your body, doesnt keep you fit.

...This machine is simply a must if you want to tone yourself up and not have the hassle of going to the gym for hours each week! I bought one of these off Ebay, and now so glad i did. Its simply an amazing piece of kit. My Personal Experience At first i thought, surely this machine cant be as good as i've been reading all over the net, people must be exagerating and just trying to sell the machine. How wrong i was.... The first time i used this, i trained at level 10 (ranges from 1-20) thinking i can take it at that level no problem, and sure enough i was ok, i did a few different positions for my legs, stomache and arms. I trained for about 10 minutes, as i wanted to see how much this would actualy do, and sales reports tell me that 10minutes of using this machine is equivelent to 1 hour at the gym. Boy oh boy did i feel it...

Review of Crazy Fit Vibration Massage Plate Exercise Machine

Outstanding debut album!

Advantages: Vocals, just generally amazing!
Disadvantages: Nothing

...Dog Days Are Over: This is the first song on the album and the second single released from the album. Music - The song starts off very softly with just a guitar, it then builds up to the chorus with the help of some clapping & drums. The build up is extremely climactic and it's easy to get drawn into this song and get lost in the music. Vocals - As always, Florence's vocals are amazing. Her voice ranges from soft & angelic to strong & powerful. Her voice is slightly operatic at points and although this sounds slightly strange, it fits in well with the song. Lyrics - I love the lyrics as they're open to interpretation, there is no right answer to what this song is about unless you ask Florence herself. I personally think this song is about a person falling in love really quickly, but trying to get away after being hurt. Song rating: 5...

Review of Lungs - Florence & The Machine

The best pair of lungs heard for a long time!

Advantages: Excellent refreshing contemporary sound!
Disadvantages: The production needed more consistency and the track listing needs revising!

...an excellent rating. I hope other bands follow suite and add a twist to essentially what has become until recently, stagnant Indie music, with the likes of Coldplay and co. What?s more what a pleasant change to hear thought provoking lyrics that are also good fun, so hats of to Florence. Personally if I were her I would bite my lip, sort out the production and track listing and re-release it! But that will never happen as this is big business and you never admit you mistakes! However, long live ?Florence and the Machine?, a fantastic debut and let?s hope that she can take things a little easier in future so that her impact factor takes full effect by good management. I can?t wait for the next album and thoroughly recommend that you purchase this album!...

great machine it works!

...i can say that this is a great machine it really works and gives you good results i wouldnt say the best but you can certainly tell after a period of time that your body has toned up, i havent got one of these myself but i would like to get one when i can afford it lets say. the vibration on this machine is not like a massage its more intense and when you stay on it for quite a while you will feel your muscles tightnen thats when you know its working. so i definatly gives this machine a thumbs up, i suggest you buy this machine if your too lazy or bored to go to the gym because you can do many exercises on this in the comfort of your own home. this is a great machine and would recommend this a good buy...

Review of Crazy Fit Vibration Massage Plate Exercise Machine

A staggering debut album, refreshingly unique and quirky!

Advantages: Hauntingly beautiful tracks, massive lyrics and epic melodies.
Disadvantages: Might take a little getting used to, but its worth it!

...create an epic sound which peaked the Irish charts at #2. This album has tremendous lyrics, as you may have guessed since I keep banging on about them, but it can be hard to find songs where the words fit so well but retain their meaning without becoming obscure. The topic of many tracks is death and violence, to which Florence comments "Well, what other subject is there? I remember realising that my parents were going to die and weeping. Weeping as if my father had actually died". The album finishes with a beautiful cover of 'You've got the Love', which ends a string of 13 fantastic and individual tracks. If you like originality then you'll love Florence and the Machine....

...In my last trip to Italy, I stayed in Florence for one and a half day. Let me share with you my fantastic experience of Florence. Florence is the cultural capital in the medieval time, and the key player in the Renaissance movement. A small city it seems, but the home of some of the most famous people in history-Michaelanglo, Leonardo da Vinci, Galileo etc, just to name a few. Again with narrow streets and allys, our first stop was a demonstration of leather. Italian/Florentine leather is world famous and shops selling leather cloths and accessories are everywhere. Obviously, I didn't leave without getting some goods myself. After that, we had a walking tour with a local guide. Best known of all Florence's treasures is the Ponte Vecchio. FLORENCE - Magic, in a Roundabout Way

...I had read so many guidebooks, online guides and reviews about Florence, that I wasn't sure I actually needed to visit in person. However, since we were in Tuscany anyway, and the hotel we were staying in was a mere 40km distant, I though it would be somewhat amiss not to see the city and all its glories. Florence is a dream destination for art-lovers - some of the planet's most famous works of art jostle for position in some of the greatest galleries of the world. I'd like to tell you a bit about some of these treasures, but I'm not going to. Not because I don't want to, but because I can't. I didn't see any!
