...Well it's been a while since I have written a review, having been to America and Europe im now back and refreshed with hopefully some more stories to tell. This review is about my time in Florida, I spent a week, went to a live wrestling event, visited the most spectacular beaches, went to the latest night spots and so forth, hopefully you'll enjoy my new batch of reviews. P.S, I will be incorporating my wrestling experience in this review, as the whole premise of this holiday was for this sole reason. Florida: The trip of a lifetime!

Advantages: Lots of fun, loads of things to do, great weather, brings the family together
Disadvantages: Expensive, parks can be busy, long days

Florida on a shoestring!

...Our first trip found us paying through the nose for flight, accommodation and car hire. Don't make the same mistake on your first trip! Of course we felt we might get stranded, mugged or even shot but trust me..do it this way and you will be ok. Muggers are more likely to frequent the touristy areas i.e. International Drive area. Get yourself a cheap flight through Teletext or on the Net, most come with car hire already included! Maps are easy to come by an dyou will arrive in Florida during daylight hours so no worrys about dodgy people! Drive straight to Highway 192 or another on the edge highway where you wil find more hotels and motels than you can count and all have vacancies!!! Florida, you must give it a go!

Disadvantages: Rain in August!!!!

...I went to Florida in August 2005. What a fantastic place to go. We booked this holiday via the teletext and got a fly/drive deal at a really good price. Make sure you have a look on teletext before you go to the high street travel agents!!! The difference in price is terrible. We booked the 1st 2 nights via the internet before we left home, so we knew once we got there we had somewhere to rest and get over the jet lag. I must admit, I didnt suffer that much, a bit tired but not how some people describe it. I think it depends what time of the day you travell, and if you manage to get some sleep with your legs crunched up over your head somewhere!!!! I think that was the worst part of my holiday, I wish these air lines would make the leg room a bit more bearable. One of the down sides of going to Florida in August is the rain...

Florida the Sunshine State (new & improved)

Advantages: A fantastic holiday for people of all ages, so much to do, great for families
Disadvantages: Can be expensive and you'll want to go back again and again!

...Well...what can I say? I've been to Florida 8 times and each time I've gone I've loved every bit of it. With the theme parks, great weather, shopping malls, big cars, golden beaches and luxourious villas what more could you want on a holiday?? I won't even begin to try and tell you everything there is to do and see as there is just too much but I will try and give you an insight into the main things you need to know... Travel- Most flights take roughly 8 hours to get to Florida. The best airline I've flown with was Virgin atlantic. It is a superb airline for families although it can be pricey the kids get a back pack with loads of activities to do, you get a TV in the back of your seats and you get plenty of leg room. The main two airports on arrival are Sanford and Orlando International. Out of the two I personally prefer Sanford as...
