The Toilets These are worth a mention as it is the only down side to this lovely cafe. The cafe itself is set into a slope and the toilets are underneath reached by following a path from the front of the cafe round and down to the side. You have to ask for the key at the cafe counter as the toilets are kept locked. The toilets are kept spotlessly clean and are accessible by wheelchair users but using them can be a bit of a pain especially if the weather is bad as you have to go outside to get to them. ...What! Only 10 foods? Of all the MILLIONS/ BILLIONS of food products out there we can only pick 10? Well, I suppose you'd get bored by my 100th or so one..or tenth... In no particular order; let's begin 1. Fish -Smoked Haddock, Salmon, Cod, sea bass or tuna. Haddock is delcious in a pitta bread with scrambled egg or haselback potatoes. Salmon fillet is divine if you top it with mayo, crushed seasoned cornflakes with garlic and then drizzled with a cheese sauce. Smoked salmon slices mixed into mash with cheese spread! emm. And tuna, mix it with onion and some chutney to get fish fruity. Make your own fish pie or chop it up into an omelete. Fish is sooo nutritional, versatile and delcious. Not a fan of sardines, herring; trout and the lark, or with heads and eyes still on! Prawns - league of there own. Nice just out the pack...

Drink, food and even kiss proof!!!

...lunch. I had tomato soup and then had a drink after. My lipstick was still on after having both of those. So far so good. My lips did start to feel a bit dry so i did have to reapply the balm again but by 6.30 the colour was still there. It wasn't as rich as it had started off and had faded a bit but i was impressed it had lasted so long especially through drinks and food. Verdict Now having used this daily for around 2 weeks i'm still glad i bought the product. £9.99 is a good price considering it lasts. The only downside is that i do find it drys my lips so i'm constantly having to apply either my own lipbalm or the balm that comes with the product. I think it's probably more drying than most lipsticks as it contains semi permenant colour which is why it stays put so long and i think it's this that drys them out. Because of this you do...

...then maybe you need to offer more food and decrease the amount of milk given. Water can be given with meals and in between meals when baby is thirsty. Babies can have juice from 6 months onwards this should be kept to mealtimes to reduce the risk of tooth decay, and also should be given from a training cup and not a teat, however I don't think it is necessary to give juice, I found that my son wouldn't drink much water when I first started weaning him, but over time he increased the amount of water he would drink. As your baby gets older and they are eating three meals a day, they can have snacks in between meals if necessary, if your child is fussy in between meals and seems hungry then a healthy snack can be offered. Foods such as raisins, fruit, carrot, or toast make a good snack. Your baby will let you know how much they want to eat...

...I love my gadgets and I am a complete sucker for the TV shopping channels so when I saw that JML had got their own channel I couldn't resist watching it one wet afternoon recently. They were doing a demonstration of the JML Vacuum Food Sealer and I was intrigued as I sat and watched. Basically it is a very simple machine which will either vacuum seal food into polythene bags or just seal (without vacuum). It looked pretty simple and effective and they were demonstrating a range of uses for it. ...Cool Food is a very attractive little book, it has a very pretty aqua blue spine, and the front cover has a lovely looking tuna salad on. The book is only small, 18 cm tall by 15 cm wide, but it's a thick book (400 pages in all). I like cooking, and for a while found cook books hard to resist. I fell in love with this book in Sainsburys of all places, but once I got it home the love affair dwindled. The book is divided into Starters Mains Sides Sweets Drinks Index I like the fact that there is quite a large chapter on drinks, very few books are so comprehensive in this respect. The majority of the drinks are non-alcoholic which is great for families with kids, although I'd have quite liked either a section on cocktails as this book has a lot of ideas that are great for entertaining, or suggestions by the drinks of 'you could replace...
