...We are all constantly reminded at work at how important sitting correctly at our desk is. I never really took much notice until I experienced back and neck ache. ** I Always Put My Foot In It **

Advantages: Good to wear before any pain starts.
Disadvantages: Expensive, not effective after pain has already started. Unattractive.

I never realised just how many foot soles, pads, magic creams there were especially for us with high heels! I?m glad I?m not the only one! I didn?t want to use the ?gel? pads that you put at the bottom of your shoes that are supposed to give you relief from painful feel as these just make my feel slip and slide around. ...The No 7 Range from Boots has some good skin creams and I was searching the site because I wanted to review the No 7 Age Rewind cream but I am going to have to request that product. While I was running down the list of No 7 products I noticed the softening foot balm, one of the creams that I have used in the past. The 75ml tube of No 7 softening foot balm is fairly expensive in my opinion (£9.50 for 75ml ) but any cream that is successful in softening tough cracked heels has to be worth a trial run. The flip top tube is very plain and simple but that applies to most of the No 7 packaging. Maybe we should be pleased that No7 are concentrating on producing good quality products in simplistic packaging, I often think that the cosmetic companies do try to outdo each other in making their wares stand out on the shelves. Bird?s foot trefoil is a perennial it grows on short grassland grows in meadows and on grass verges. First to describe this plant. Slender stems can grow 10 to 40 cm tall these stems have stems branching out from them. .It has 5 leaves 3 of which grow trifoliate look like a trefoil. The flowers are a bright yellow with a few orange streaks hence the eggs and bacon name. These look like a pea/ bean flower. 4 -6 of these flowers grow in a cluster at the end of a stem. .The flowers are about 15mm long. They will flower from April till about September. The flowers will self pollinate but they are frequently visited by bees and butterflies too...

...When we go on holiday we seem to spend an awful lot of time walking about. Whether it is abroad, or in the UK, my feet still can get a bit hot, tired and generally rather icky! In fact my feet tend to get worse in this country because I am usually wearing trainers ~ when in sunnier climes my feet have more chance to breathe in sandals or mules. I always take a foot spray with me in my handbag and have a quick squirt when the moment arises!
