...to be the Reebok kit featured in this reviw. Whilst I will review that specific kit I feel it is needed to review football kits in general also! The Kit This kit is very nice. If you have seen the latest away shirt you will know it is completely different and no longer made by Reebok. This kit has a very simple colour scheme that I love. It has a charcoal mesh like material as the main colour. The underarms are white and there is a traditional sky blue trim. The collar is also white. The quality of the material is very good. Good looking shirt!

Advantages: great price looks and comfort
Disadvantages: last seasons shirt (but little difference to the new one)

...a Portsmouth shirt as they are a good premiership team and have a nice looking shirt and one which I can easily wear around Portsmouth. Though it would not be a good idea to wear it in Southampton - as I was warned by my friend! The shirt is in the colour of plain blue with a small white stripe around the border of the shirt and down the shoulders. It looks really good being just blue as I like wearing blue and the fact that it is relatively plain means it can be worn with most things and will not look too out of place. Glory Glory Tottenham Hotspur - Mansion shirt

Advantages: Ultra light - great for all occasions
Disadvantages: Spurs wording fades on the collar very quickly

Even the Tottenham club shop was out of stock so I ended up buying online form a sports shop in that well known hotbed of football, Cornwall!! £43 later (including P&P) I was in posession of my shirt. On unwrapping it the first thought that came into my mind was how light it is. The label reports it to be 100% polyester. Either way, it is the lightest football shirt I have ever owned, a massive step forward from my 90s Adidas-Holsten shirt. From the top down the shirt comprises of a blue collar with the word 'Spurs' on the back though this actually faded on the first wash. Its the same price as a premiership shirt! Far too much. It should be equal in price to your division status. The quality of supplier seems to be equal in division status! SUPERLEAGUE are the official kit suppliers of the Wrexham Strip for 2000-2001 season. This is the same as the previous two years except this year the strip has changed. The new kit had been on order for some time so you can imagine the disgust with the quality of delivery when no new shirts turned up. A poor quality footy shirt from a big club

Advantages: light material, a good colour scheme, neat design
Disadvantages: feels cheap, expensive, hard to wash

...I was bought the Barcalona football shirt as a present it is made by Nike and I would expect a good quality from this brand. Not so the shirt is feather light and is very hard to wash, on the tab in the shirt it says dont not lay ontiself after washing, wash with same colours and do not use softeners,probably because the colours may run into each other. Also you are not supposed to iron this shirt, for a couple of reasons one it may melt and two could stick to your iron, it has a very plasticy feel. I also read on the tab it says keep away from fire!, without doubt we do this with all our clothes, but I find myself thinking this shirt would melt very very easily. The material is more plasticy/nylon/polyester than anything probably to aid the lightness but it isnt very durable, it could rip easy as we see many times watching...

...Well, Athletico Madrid are one of the main football teams in Spain and are a good team. If you are a supporter of Athletico Madrid then I would recommend buying this as it is a cheap shirt to buy. However even if you are not an Athletico Madrid football fan and you just enjoy collecting football shirts then this is also another one to get your hands on. The material is climacool which makes things much easier if you are planning to play football in this football shirt. This is a shirt that helps you keep cool as you play and is not irritating like other football shirts such as the collars etc. Overall I would recomment this football shirt to anyone who likes football or supports Athletico Madrid. ...stopped wearing it. I took it back to JJB and told them what had happened and they told me this has never happened to any of their shirts before and therefore, I must have washed it wrong!!! Are they telling me that if I buy a football along with 10 other people and i'm the only one who complains then I've kicked it wrong?!!! I wrote to head office and was told they have 450 stores nationwide and therefore if the store has said they will not exchange the product then they stand by their stores decision and that's final. I found this completely unhelpful and to me it says we have 450 stores we really couldn't care about your problem. If you are buying this shirt be extremely careful how you wash it/hang it whatever because if the colour does run and you've bought it from JJB they won't want to know.
