...I arrived at Hendy Ford in Cosham and I must admit, parking was not the easiest. However once I found a space I was so glad I came here! I was greeted by David Beckhurst, who was extremely polite and asked if I required any help, I told him that I was just looking. He said that if I needed anything, he would be happy to help me. I was looking at the Ford Focus, and was having a little trouble with the seating position. David spotted me from across the showroom and came to help me. I am very cautious of car sales men, being a single woman. However without being pushy he told me how the seat worked and I was able to adjust the seat the way I wanted it. ...Four years ago we bought our first new car, at Ford Wilton at the Mercuriusweg in The Hague. Before we payed the car, in cash, we were treated as kings. After paying, well, things changed. Within the first six months of owning the car we had trouble with the radio-cd player. Cd's would just stop playing. We went back to Wilton but after about four tries they still could not find the problem. At our request the cd player was replaced. The new cd player started showing the same problem, though. Months later, this cd player was replaced to, even after we already had come to the conclusion it probably was the car and not the radio. Ford Focus 1.6 Zetec

Disadvantages: Not as many extras included as I would have liked

...I am now the proud owner of a ford focus 1.6 zetec and for the first time in many years I have actually found a car that pretty muc suits all my needs. I have spent many a time in cars that are too big, too small, not suitable, not comfortable etc but this is everything I could ask for. I own the three door version but the doors open widely and when the front seat is moved forward there is plenty of room to get anyone in the back, even my mother in law who is disabled. The back of this car is extremely spacious, comfortably fitting 3 large adults in. The boot size is deceiving in that it looks pretty small but is very spacious indeed. Perfect for all those shopping bags as well as a childs pushchair. The actual drive of this car is superb. Mine runs on unleaded and is very economical. I can get over 200 miles to £35...
