We got the hydrofoil from the marina piccolo which takes about twenty to thirty minutes or so. They should still make the Capri 1.6 today

Advantages: Easily worked on, Roomy, Sporty and stylish
Disadvantages: Doesnt hold road too well, rot patches

...cars had the same problem.....they all stated to rot under the rear hatch, right where the latch mechanism is. I tried alsorts from wax to underseal, but in the 10 years i had these cars, it couldnt stop the rot. The capri is great for moving stuff from A to B, its nobodys business what i have got in the back of the car as the seats go flat down and the rear hatch is wide. I used to be a plasterer at one point and everything went in the back including step ladders. Never had any real problems mechanically, except......now remember.....the Capri is made by Ford. And Ford around the time of the manufacture of the capri didnt like starting in damp weather. I had stating problems at some point with all three of them and it was always when the weather was wet. It was a normal procedure for me to spray Ether in the air filter intake to flare...

Capri 2.8i rocket

Advantages: A real classic car, cheaper at present
Disadvantages: Rust and boy racers (lol) and Police

...I am a bit bias of these but i will try my best to be fair, honest and proactive in my approach. Lets get it straight from the start if you require Air con, Rear seat comfort, good mpg, quiet running etc Do Not Buy This Car. But if you require pure grunt and power this is a must, they made several Capri's and this model was for me 2nd best as 1st place has to go to the Mk 1 RS 3.1 GXL these are the bees knees when it comes to power and head turning, but back to the 2.8, i have had many of these and if you don't mind the sometimes hard wallowy ride then this is for you, the 5spd gearbox model is slightly, very slightly slower than the 4spd Cologne engine version, as most 5spd version were Essex engined machines still beasts in their day but my personal preference is the Cologne. ...I always said I wouldn't touch any Ford with a barge pole. That was until I was looking for a new car recently. For the money I had to spend (around 10,000GBP) it was a question of balancing getting a nearly new car against a couple of years old car which would have had a higher list price when new. I decided to go for the option that will (hopefully) cost me less money. I now have a 9 month old Focus 1.6 Zetec with Air Conditioning pack (which includes the heated front screen). Just so that you know the Focus comes in a number of variations: 1.4, 1.6; 1.8 and 2.0 engine sizes and LX, Zetec, and Ghia trims. There is also a sporty ST170 (170 BHP). Ford Focus 1.6 Zetec

Advantages: A great car from all angles
Disadvantages: Not as many extras included as I would have liked

...I am now the proud owner of a ford focus 1.6 zetec and for the first time in many years I have actually found a car that pretty muc suits all my needs. I have spent many a time in cars that are too big, too small, not suitable, not comfortable etc but this is everything I could ask for. I own the three door version but the doors open widely and when the front seat is moved forward there is plenty of room to get anyone in the back, even my mother in law who is disabled. The back of this car is extremely spacious, comfortably fitting 3 large adults in. The boot size is deceiving in that it looks pretty small but is very spacious indeed. Perfect for all those shopping bags as well as a childs pushchair. The actual drive of this car is superb. Mine runs on unleaded and is very economical. I can get over 200 miles to £35...

Capri-Sun Juice Drink

Advantages: quality, nice packaging, very tasty.
Disadvantages: addictive, high in sugar. pricey

...I can remember when I first had a Capri-Sun orange juice drink when i was a child drinking it in the summer time, it was one of my favourite juice drinks and it still is till this very day. I would always beg my mum for more when it had finished as they were just simply so delicious and to quench thirsty to resist. So the Capri-Sun are one of just a few juice drinks that I have grown up on till this very day. But as a grown adult I still never get bored of drinking them. The only thing that sometimes tries to come between me and a Capri-Sun is the price as I tend to drink a lot of it as its so addictive to drink and so like to buy multi-pack say ten 200ML juice pouches for around £1.75 from Iceland as single ones does not last long especially with my young daughter who also loves to drink them. Ford Focus 1.6 - Shocking!!

...Two years ago I decided to buy a brand new car, and after much research I decided upon the Ford Focus 1.6 (old style now). Everything I had read pointed towards a really good choice. So I went into my local Ford dealer and a week later I had my nice new car. First thoughts were a good looking car, well built, fantastically smooth to drive, held the roads amazingly well. All of the equipment worked wonderfully well and I absolutley loved my new car. Then the problems began.... After two weeks the Airbag Modulator failed, so I went back to the dealer, and they replaced the faulty part within a few days. They wouldn't let me have a courtesy cat so was left hanging around the dealers for a few hours. All work was under warranty so no cost to me. Three weeks after the Modulator fault I was washing the car and noticed tiny rust spots...
