Large George Foreman grill and griddle for healthier food

...I bought this George Foreman 6 person indoor grill about two months ago. I would rather say it is for 4 persons. It is quite big when you have to bring it home or you have to find place for it, but is perfect size when you grill on it. First impressions I saw it on Internet on www.argos.co.uk site, it was on offer for 44.99 pounds. I reserved it and went to pick it up. It was in a huge box. When I arrived home with it I opened and found that the grill is really big. I had to put some household appliances away to have enough place for it. There were the grill, a drip tray and two spatulas in the box. The grill was in one piece there was no need for assemble anything. Advantages: Creates good tasting food with that freshly BBQ'd look and flavour!
Disadvantages: Expensive, hard to clean and quite bulky to keep on the side

...This grill is brilliant!!!! It looks smart, it's easy to clean and you can cook almost anything on it. I got my first one bought me as a present and it was one of the smaller ones but after using it almost daily I decided to upgrade. I love the fact you get the 'fat drip' tray so you can see that that the fat is coming out of your food and what you're eating is healthy. These grills heat up really really quickly and are so easy to clean no matter how dirty they get. All I do with mine is once it's cooled, I use a kitchen cleaner spray on it, wipe down with a cloth and then with hot water. Looks like new all the time! You can cook a vast range of foods on them, meat, fish, vegetables etc. Its makes you're sunday morning fry up so much more healthy! ...I purchased one of these last summer on a whim. Every now and again I do things like this and guess what, they end up stuck at the back of a kitchen cupboard. Not, however, my grilling machine. I have to be honest and say it takes pride of place in my kitchen. It is probably used as much as my cooker or microwave. It cooks food to perfection and cleans up a treat in seconds with a damp cloth (as it is non-stick the food debris just lifts off). It is also very healthy as it drains away most of the fat. George Foreman 13184 Anniversary Grill

Advantages: Caters for larger numbers, easy to cook with and clean

...Superb is the only way I can describe the anniversary edition. I received this as a Christmas present 2007 and have used it virtually every week or so since. At first I was taken back by the size but that turned out to be a huge advantage. You can cook meat for four people very easily and depending on portions could probably cater for 6. The great thing as for all George Foreman Grills is when you have prepared the meat, its simply a case of switch it on, wait until its ready to cook then go. Cleaning is also really easy. Just use the supplied scrapers to get rid of any congealed fat and then wipe down with a warm cloth. If you are cooking burgers for instance the drip trays, two supplied, easily catch the fat and for a real treat you have your own supply of Lard just waiting to be done for breakfast to cook fried bread...

...I've seen George Foreman's Lean Mean Fat Reducing Grilling Machine on TV for years, but as most people are I've always been sceptical about products on infomercials. I received my machine yesterday for my birthday and after just one day I am amazed. Firstly the design, it has quite a large grilling surface and a brilliant compartment for warming buns and bread. Yesterday I tested the machine out with various foods: first I grilled bacon and warmed some bread for a wonderful bacon sandwich, then I grilled around 20 burgers (4 at a time) they didn't take long but I was amazed/shocked how much fat came out of them! Then I grilled some sausages which again produced loads of fat, took a little longer than the burgers to cook but they were so moist and delicious that it was worth the wait.
