Team Fortress 2 (updated)

Advantages: good team play, fun graphics, constantly updated and improved
Disadvantages: hard!

...Since Team Fortress 2 has been updated alot lately, i only think its fair i update my review. TF2 is a first person shooter, online multiplayer fiasco. Its like Battlefield 2 took some drugs with Walt Disney and then got in a washing machine and set its self to rinse. The graphics, as you can see, are very cartoony, as was the case with TF classic (so im lead to believe). But dont let that put you off. They are awfully good graphics and its quite a pretty game. Its worth mentioning that like the battlefield series of games, (and others) TF2 has "classes". There's the scout, Pyro, heavy, demoman, soldier, medic, spy, engineer and sniper. Unlike other games though, the classes here are very very different. The difference between the Scout and Heavy for example are astronomical. The scout has only 150 health, a bat, a pistol and shotgun...

Team Fortress 2 - the most original game for a long time!

Advantages: Truly original and completely addictive, great community for all players
Disadvantages: No use if you are unable to play online

Team fortress 2 AKA Reason to buy the orange box

Advantages: Fun, quick to learn, lots of variety
Disadvantages: internet required

Advantages: It may be haunted(!), excellent views, educational
Disadvantages: Not ideal for wheelchair access, CADW don't allow paranormal investigations to be undertaken(!)

Fortress With A View Worth Walking To!!

Advantages: Beautiful views, educational, reasonable prices

...As me and Dayle (my girlfriend)have just returned from our holiday in Salzburg, Austria I thought I would write a review on the Hohansalzburg Fortress we visited while we were there. Location. The Hohensalzburg Fortress is situated on Mountain of Hohensalzburg and the fortress looms over the City and you can really see how prominent it is if you sit in the Cathedral Square below and look up at it. It can literally be seen from most parts of the town. The fortress can be accessed by the cable car system. However, on the day we visited the fortress, the cable car was not in operation. This posed no problems for myself or my girlfriend but I have to admit that it was a fair trek up some steep hills and stairs to reach the entrance of the fortress. Advantages: Insane technicality and musicianship, blazingly fast playing!
Disadvantages: No real memorable songs or choruses to sing along to!

Digital Fortress - A great read!

Advantages: Loads of twists and turns. great read.
Disadvantages: Maybe a bit pridictable

...called Digital Fortress. This is a code generating program but the code is impossible to break even by TRANSLTRs standards. The reason that is impossible is because it isn't a set code it keeps changing. And when TRANSLTR has been running for 18 hours this causes a bit of a stir and the only way to stop it from running, is if you have the pass code and the pass code lays with the programmer who is dead. Too Many Holes Makes the Fortress Weak

Advantages: Some good action scenes, the character of Ernie Tankado is interesting
Disadvantages: Corny Romance, Plot full of holes, shallow characters

...and Demons. While Robert Langdon was the primary character in both the novels, in both the cases the female character is beautiful, sexy and intelligent. And yes oh yes, again in both the novels, the guy whom we presume to be the good guy turns out to be the bad guy, and the guy we presume to be the bad guy turns out to be the good one. Both have a contract killer running around murdering people. Now interesting though Angels and Demons was some how I could not help feeling a sense of déjà vu, when it came to the clue solving part. The code cracking which was interesting in DVC, seemed so dull in Angels and Demons. Anyway when I picked up Digital Fortress on a flight from Delhi to Pune, I assumed that this book would be different as this time it was related to my field computers and so there was not going to be any religious mumbo jumbo...
