Max Factor Second Skin Foundation- The best i've ever used!

Advantages: Value for money, looks natural, blends in easily

...I've been using this foundation for 3 weeks now and i think it's brilliant. It blends in so easily and looks really natural but also gives you a nice fresh glow. It is great value for money because you only need to use a small amount, i've been using it every day and my bottle is still virtually full. It costs around £14 in Boots, but when i got it there was an offer on with £4 off, so mine only cost £10. In my opinion it is worth every penny. Unlike other foundations, this blends in perfectly instead of collecting in areas such as the eyebrows and around the nose. It is long lasting and doesn't wear off throughout the day. It's the best foundation i've used and i would highly reccomend it....

A FOUNDATION FOR DRY SKIN

Advantages: Good for dry skin, easily blended.
Disadvantages: May not suit your skin type

...I was nervous about trying this foundation. I am not a make-up snob, but I suppose with my sensitive skin I tend to stick to more established brands of foundation. Anyway my sister recommended this to me, having the same skin type as me (very dry) and it looked flawless on her. The foundation comes in a glass container with black writing. I paid £5.99 for this foundation which is reasonable and about the same price as most foundations. The foundation itself is smooth and easy to apply and blend. I was very happy with the result, a good even coverage. Iused this in an "Almond" shade which suits my pale skin. However there is a range of shades to suit each individual's skin colour. Maybelline Mineral Foundation POWDER - A must for spot prone skin

...different about this product compared to other foundations is its use of micro minerals. It contains no preservatives, perfumes, talc or oil and all of this is supposed to be beneficial to your skin, not clogging pores, allowing skin to breathe and providing the supposed benefits of minerals. Now, I always take these claims with a pinch of salt because no matter how many minerals they pack into these things, this is still only a powder which sits on the top layer of your skin and so the effect it has will be purely superficial. Any real improvements to skin always come from within such as following a proper diet and even the most advanced creams cannot fully penetrate the skin, so don't expect this product to produce skin miracles, it simply can't.
