Advantages: computer controlled, friendly staff
Disadvantages: lack of free weights, no swimming pool

A swimming pool would be a welcome addition like the pinacle health club, however other health clubs charge more with this services and you have to make use of them to make them worthwhile. For Peak time rate the cost is £45 a month which is reasonable seeing you have the use of the gym 7am to 10pm monday to friday, and 7am to 7am weekends....

Roko Gym Contracts - take care!

Advantages: Good quality gym equipment, nice facilities
Disadvantages: Contract conditions not kept to on their part although they expect you to keep to yours!
