Daz Washing Powder: A standard price for an excellent performance

Advantages: Great scent, good cleaning powder, great price.
Disadvantages: None.

...I am staying at my Mums at present and Daz is the soap powder that she has currently purchased. The box is red, white & blue and stands out on the soap powder shelves as quite a recognisable product. The box has a handy pour spout which you just pull out of one side and this helps to pour the soap powder directly in to the washing machine drawer. The soap powder has a standard fresh, clean scent to it and nothing that I could put my finger on. The box states that it contains enough for 10 washes but my Mum says that she usually makes this last a good 15-20 washes as she rarely has soiled washing or even complete loads as for the most part she lives alone and just has her clothes & bedding to wash. I did not actually measure out a particular amount and just sprinkled it in to the drawer, I would definitely say that I used far less than 10...

A FAIRY GOOD WASHING POWDER

Advantages: Gentle on sensitive skin, leaves clothes clean and fresh
Disadvantages: Pricier than some other leading brands

The washing powder cleaned all of our clothes very well, including my fiances gardening clothes, which had grass and mud stains on them. It also cleaned my sons paint covered clothes well, and left my whites looking a nice bright white colour! persil washing powder pleasant but not good for eczema

...on the few times i have used persil i loved the smell. the smell always seemed to last a good few days. unfortunately the product always started my eczema off at first i did not realise it was the washing powder but after a few times of use with other products inbetween i realised it was the problem. also my son who also has sensitive skin had a rash on his face which was were his clothes had been rubbing- tis cleared up when i stopped wasing his clothes in persil. the cleaning power is good- however i would not say it was anything special. i feel it it is also expensive compared to other non leading brands. i would not buy persil again as it is very harsh to sensitive skin and i feel it is too expensive....

...needed, this powder did'nt. There were some pretty hefty stains on some of the washing, my daughter had been in a footie match in the rain. Her kit was covered in grass stains and mud. I only washed the load in a 40 degree wash and it came out perfect, not a stain in site smelling great. I was so impressed withthe powder that I have used nothing else since. I have also diluted half cup of powder in a bucket of hot water and washed the kitchen floor, it came up a treat. I purchased the small 950g box at around £2.10 but that was on offer. On the side of the box there is a freephone number for any coments you might want to make, or order a free scoop.
