The Perfume of a Princess!

Advantages: Smells Very Distinctive, Long Lasting, Beautiful Bottle, Very Feminine
Disadvantages: May be too sweet and floral for some

...One of my favourite things to treat myself to is perfume and those who have read my earlier reviews will know that I am a self confessed perfume addict. I love the different varieties you can buy all with their own distinctive scents and pretty bottles. I have worked hard at my perfume addiction though and have really cut back on the amount that I buy ? these days I adopt a one in one out rule as I started getting far too many bottles of half used fragrances sat in my wardrobe (any perfume lover knows that you keep bottles out of daylight to keep them smelling fresh). Before we went on honeymoon I used up a couple of bottles of perfume and so I decided to treat myself to something new rather than buy a replacement for the fragrances that I just finished from the duty free shop at the airport. Where's The Fragrance?

Advantages: Attractive.
Disadvantages: Very disappointing - lack of fragrance!

...or indeed even a normal match, it's just too low down! There is therefore a very thick, waste of wax from the top of the glass, around the wick to where it is burned down to at this stage and I loathe waste!! ~ The Smell ~ I was really looking forward to the warm, wintery smell of the nutmeg and I am not averse to pomegranate although not really an expert on the scent given by a pomegranate so I couldn't wait to have my room filled with these fragrances. On opening the packaging, I was a little disappointed, not a strong smell of either of these products but I had high hopes for when it was lit. Bratty perfume from the bratty mother!

Advantages: A nice set for someone else's child!
Disadvantages: Not my idea of a young girls set!

...Ok I am officially a horrible person! Every year we (myself, my daughter, her school friends and there parents), attend the Easter bingo at her school. This year was no different! A group of us went and as usual commandeered a table and settled down to a fun night! During the final throws of the evening (the raffle!), my friends daughter and my daughters best friend Courtney handed me her perfume to smell, (these bloody kids are more like teenagers, scary considering they are only 7!), I pulled at the lid thinking that was the way it opened, only to be told it was a screw lid, about five seconds after I had snapped the top of the bottle off! Beautiful Fragrance..

Advantages: Sexy scent, long lasting..
Disadvantages: None!!

...Ok firstly, I bought Coco Mademoiselle Eau De Parfum not Eau de Toilette which I think it also comes in. The packaging is typical Chanel; sheek and classy, I bought 50ml which is plenty and has lasted me for about 8 months so far and I still have half left. I think it cost me £45 but it was well worth it and I like to pay for quality. The first time I put it on I only sprayed a little yet it was still strong and lasted all night. I got so many comments and people asking which perfume I had on; it was a winner instantly! The smell is very unique; you can tell it's a Chanel perfume it's sweet but not too sweet- there is a slight hint of honey. I don't wear this perfume in the day as it's definately an evening scent. If you like Chanel but find the usual scents too strong then get Mademoiselle; it's a pretty yet sexy scent...
