...Caffe Nero is a leading Coffee store Retail Outlet located in many high street, town center, and Airport Lounge venues across England, wales and Scotland. The company sells, Coffee as its main product. Also they stock Tea, cold refreshments, panini sandwiches, cookies, crisps, Chocolates, cakes, and sweets. What I find that makes cafe nero different to other coffee Retail Outlet's is almost a combination of excellent Coffee, and a high standard of Customer Service. The Music in the background of the store is subtle and light. This allows people to read a newspaper, to socialise with friends, family, or to enjoy a relaxing cup of Coffee in relative peace and quiet. The atmosphere is what makes caffe nero a pleasant and welcoming place to visit. The staff seem to be team organised. I have seen Table's been cleared...

...settee's laiden with laptops. Service is very good. -Hero @ Nero - work ethic- Nero's apprentice start-up personel is also impressive. They usually are wearing different corporate tops identifying them to you they are actually new and therefore be more lenient to them if some latte turns up with a completely different pastry slice than you ordered. Again, I've only had great service even from the start-up coffee shop novices. I wish I had some dozy story to tell but I haven't only the fact that all Nero workers are hero's; professionism at it's highest. - Award system - Oh yes don't forget your coffee card so a stamp is given for each mug you have; if you ever reach the 10 cups of coffee, you will have a free one. This award system isn't offered to you by Starbucks so that is in itself a good insentive to try out Nero's coffee...

Caffè Nero is my Coffee Hero.

Advantages: Cheaper, Much better quality coffee than Starbucks, Reward scheme is great
Disadvantages: Frappe Latte is not that great

...coffees you can claim another one free. I feel this shows some appreciation for my loyalty. The one area in which Nero does not meet my expectations is its "Frappe Latte", which i feel is just a failed attempt at competing with Starbucks' infamous "Frappucino". That said, Caffe Nero provides the best coffees and teas on the highstreet. So unless you want to pay twice as much for something half as good, I say choose Nero over Starbucks any day....

  Nero 7 Premium - the ultimate software solution?

Advantages: Easy to use, yet advanced, features
Disadvantages: Takes a bit of getting used to

...playing with the program to get the best from it. A possible con is that help files aren't included, though they are available free via a separate download. This can be a little frustrating at first as you familiarise yourself with the software, as all you get if you click on 'Help' (as you normally would with any other software) is a message telling you that the files can be downloaded separately. On the other hand, you have the freedom to download individual application help files, thus saving memory space and download time, or if you want the complete package this can also be downloaded as a whole. Certain applications don't seem to have a help file (or not that I've been able to find anyway), such as ImageDrive, but most do, and they're mostly helpful. I feel I should also mention here other, less than favourable, reviews that Nero 7...

...Nero 7 Premium Reloaded is absolutley brilliant, the graphics are absolutley brilliant as they are designed for vista, its very easy to use with a advanced setting for more advanced users (obviously). it makes backing up your CD's and DVD's a piece of cake. This program is ideal for beginners as it s so easy to use, and is also full of helpful guides if you sopmehow manage to come unstuck. You can also make a list of your favourite TV channels and radio stations and watch/listen to them whilst doing other things on your PC using Nero home. Nero 6 - Burns CD & DVD..
