...To make my opinion relevant to readers, I'll first need to explain what my hair is like. I have been at war with it my whole life. Left to itself it is wiry, dry and coarse, the individual hairs are very thick. Often it is wavy, sometimes straight, rather unpredictable. If I don't use a good conditioner, it gets frizzy and uncontrolable if I only think about damp weather. It also doesn't help that I have ridiculous amounts of hair. I can hardly ever buy anything simple of the shelf that is strong enough to hold it. I'm half oriental, genetically smooth hair should therefore be a given. This is why I've always felt particularly cheated having willful hair. (excellent customer service by the way) it has become one of my most used and favourite products. I am a bit of a flibertygibert when it comes to beauty stuff...buying brand after brand of stuff then discarding the poor flicked off product, to be later palmed off to my unsuspecting sister or mother!
